If I had a small gripe, it's that you don't really know what car you'll get. I signed up for BMW 1-series class, which then turned into a Golf Navi when I added GPS (for only EUR2!!), but it was actually an A-class. Anyway, despite being petrol, it's actually a very nice car to drive, everything works just as you might expect, and it's pretty good on fuel. Car park beneath the shop is a little bit grim, and the stairs smell of wee - take the lift!

I had to go there twice by bus (2 one-hour trips) because I forgot my license ad then I didn't have the right ec card with me. Totally my fault, I know. But the unfriendly, defensive and disrespectful way he handled my ignorance (not the trainee, but her supervisor or colleague) made me angry. Please choose another car rental company that will treat you as a valuable human being and have compassion. In the end I didn't rent the car. I just can't give my money to such companies which see you only as a source of money, if I don't have to.
