This place is the definition of a pleasant surprise. We ordered our lunch Togo for our office. We were right about to get with love always, but opted to give this place a shot due to it being closer and the reviews being really good. I myself had the sizzle stack with truffle aioli. I regret not taking a photo before trying the food. Truthfully, THE BEST burger I've had. The quality of the meat... 10/10. Smash burgers can be hit or miss for me because they're either too salty or honestly get too thin. I felt this patty was the perfect balance. My coworker was told that they use the brisket 100%, so you don't get those random chewy pieces in the patty that you want to spit out. The grilled onions, pickle and truffle aioli all balanced each other so well. The truffle was not overpowering (even though I loveeeee truffle). My boss inhaled his burger because I even sat down to start eating my meal! The fries were delicious as well. Perfectly crispy. Nothing beats beef tallow fries. I do think I would ask for the fries to be less salt or no salt and add myself, but they were still so delicious. Usually the skinnier fries get hard, or stale or lose flavor/texture as they get cold but these stayed perfectly crispy and flavorful the whole time. Sorry no pictures... got too excited eating it. Wow!! You have to try this place!! Ordering was easy. Service was great. My husband ordered the sizzle stack burger with an extra patty and truffle aoli. I had the mushroom burger and we ordered fries. My husband said that his burger was so good!! My burger blew my mind. It was so flavorful and delicious!! These burgers were so juicy!! The fries were also delicious! Everything was made fresh. I think cooking in tallow pushes the burgers and fries at Sizzle Stack over the top. I highly recommend Sizzle Stack burgers.! This was a hangover move. A burger just sounded sooooo good. I can't speak to the dining experience, as we just picked up and went home. The burger itself was a solid smash-style burger, but I didn't love how adding a little pinch of shredded lettuce cost .50 cents. The meat lacked a bit of seasoning as well, which may have been a good thing considering the fries we got were too salty to eat more than a few of. And I love salt! Possibly the best burger in Las Vegas. This is my kind of tasty burger. I got the sizzle stack combo. The burger is delicious. Meat is cooked perfectly and full of rich meaty flavor. Onions are caramelized just right. Cheese is great and sauce is yummy. All on a soft fluffy bun. The fries are also my ideal type. Skinny and the longest ever. A very satisfying meal and the price is right. The young lady is nice and friendly. Service was quick. Inside is nice and clean. Sizzle Stack definitely surprised me. I went with the Mushroom Aioli Burger, added lettuce and tomato, and it was absolutely worth it. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and the aioli really brought everything together without overpowering it. The fries were cooked perfectly--crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, exactly how they should be. The restaurant also has a really cool mural on the wall that gives the place some personality. There isn't much staff, but everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. My only real complaints are the ordering process and the drinks. Having to use a kiosk instead of ordering with a person takes away from the experience, and the drink size feels way too small. It's not a huge deal if you're dining in since refills are unlimited, but when you're taking your food to go, that small cup just doesn't cut it. Overall, the food was excellent, and I'll definitely be back for that burger. I'd usually give this a 4 star but they're still working on it so no big deal. As always, happy hunting. read more

The flavors were well balanced and very satisfying! The fries were nothing extraordinary, but had the right amount of salt. Just had a great food experience at sizzle stack. I ordered French fries a sizzle stack and an all American burger to go and a vanilla chocolate milkshake. As I was heading home I had to try the fries in the bag. They were amazing. Very similar if not better than McDonald's fries. Then I tried the burgers and were also excellent . Exactly how a smash burger should taste. For my first time I'm really impressed with this place and the courteous staff who explained me the menu. I have a lot of things to say about this place. The burgers are DIVINE, juicy and fresh. We REALLY enjoyed the truffle aïoli and the beef tallow fries! They have the old recipe Mr Pibb!! As a pnw girly I almost cried, you can make them into floats with real hard pack vanilla ice cream!!
