This was the best Sizzler I've been to in a long time! I upgraded to the ribeye (+$12.99 from the usual sirloin), and it was cooked perfectly medium so juicy, flavorful, and definitely worth it. You really can't go wrong with the trio. We arrived late at night, so there were quite a few dirty tables, but overall the restaurant still felt clean and well-maintained. I have now been back here for the salar bar lunch and the service was poor. She did not bring me any of the cheezy bread but did to everyone else. It seems like she was focusing on service to the large parties instead of myself. All she did was place an extra plate and bowl on my table and say 'excuse me', and didn't even ask me if I wanted the cheezy bread, which is supposed to be included. Last time, I even left a cash tip because the server lady was friendly and brought me out the bread right away, but this time, no tip. I'm not sure what happened This location is all right the dessert bar was horrendous and the ice cream cones were stale it is pretty pathetic. Our experience wasn't that great. We stopped to get a bite to eat following a meeting with a funeral home. Imagine our emotions following such a time. They brought food for 2 of us, the 3rd order was inadvertently forgotten by the Chef. We waited another 20 minutes for the order which came back wrong. Haven't been to sizzlers since I was about 8 years old! I ordered steak and some fries my steak was medium rare and tasted amazing! I even got the salad bar I love the tacos and mini corn dogs!! My most favorite is the cheese bread! Now my least favorite part was the cashier missing some orders and there was no first responders discount on top of that he said the lemonade mixed with strawberry wasn't refillable, the manager took care of us the whole time and we asked her if it was and guess what IT WAS! So instead of us being upset with all the mess ups we looked into the bright side manager helping us and getting taken care of after. We ended up going one Sunday after church and I think the salad bar is still worth it I mean it's just like any other all you can eat buffet about $20 for one person and I think that's fair and a lot of the offerings are pretty good and decent. 7/8/24 . We visited yesterday. It's Sizzler and not House of Prime Rib so you know - its Sizzler. We have been going here maybe once a year for about 30 years so that is impressive on them! When I was younger and poorer Sizzler seemed (and was to me) like fine dining. Now that I'm older I had the senior discount salad bar for $13.99. The unripe pineapple cubes needed to be cut in half with a knife if you insist on choking one down. The other items were ok. My wife had a steak and pawns. The steak was about the size of a dollar bill and about as thick as the small end of a wine cork with almost the same chew. With the price of beef (due to -c'mon man let's go, you know who.) it must be hard to eke out a living selling steak. I liked the prawn my wife shared with me. The restaurant was as clean or cleaner than I have seen it. One ol well dressed gal eating Sunday after Church lunch somehow managed to create a pile of used napkins under her chair, but overall the place was clean and organized. The furniture cushions looked new and the salad bar and other areas looked fine. This restaurant has always been too big and busy to have one toilet for every male or those identifying as male to use. As I walked in that direction, I started to sweat with my stomach growling, imagining the restroom would be occupied or filthy. Hallelujah! It was both unoccupied and clean. The only problem. No towels or hand dryer. There was no way to dry my washed hands except with toilet seat liners and that takes extra minutes and frustration picking the pieces of wet liner off your hands. I couldn't track down a staff member to inform them. No staff on the floor and the cashier was bombarded with a crowd of excited diners. The chubby bussing woman while we were having dinner at this location on the 19th of April around 9:15 pm was very rude because when she was bussing the table next to our's, she was purposely throwing the dishes to her cart obviously trying to intimidate us so we would rush our dinner since we were one of the last of the 2 tables left there that night. Not to mention the other younger skinny male employee working at that time there who closed the ice cream station while there were still customers inside who had just finished dinning. I even ask this male employee why he closed down the ice cream station when there are still customers inside, his response was "he had to wash the machine. " As a paying customer who had left them a generous tip in advance, since that is how their system works, finds the attitude of these employees very unprofessional and very rude and should not be doing any work that involves customer service related duties. Needless to say that we are not returning at this Sizzler location and definitely would not recommend it to anybody based on this horrible dinning experience. read more

Never got "all you can eat" shrimp since we never saw ANY waiter the 50 minutes we were there - including 30 minutes after eating and waiting for anything else we actually paid for. Today (01/31/2026) my parents and I just had lunch between 1100-1200. The customer service with the cashier was great! She was very polite. The waitress was AWFUL!!! She greeted us when we first sat down but after that .... She checked on every other table a couple times except ours even when we tried to flash her down. And I know she saw my Mom try to flag her down but she still didn't come to our table. I had to get a to go box from the cashier who went to the kitchen to get one because she didn't have any at the front and even brought it to our table. That waitress lost out on a nice tip because my Mom tips big. Sizzler ... You need to talk to your waitress and teach her more about customer service ... Salad bar has no plates out, you have to depend on the server for literally everything and sizzler has never been known for their speedy service. I hate to do this, but how else will they do better. I went there Monday night. I ordered 2 meals and a salad bar. She repeated it. Went and sat down and realized I had no salad plate. She claimed I didn't order one (she repeated it, but she didn't charge me for one), and I didn't catch it. Went to the salad bar, and still no server to our table (to pick up the ticket). Finally a young man came, and told me that they were out of bbq sauce (I ordered ribs). I told him ok, I'll still take them, and will try them, and take them home if sauce is needed. 45 min pass. No food; mine or my mom's. I looked over across the restaurant to see that the server was helping another table, large party, and come to find out my food was sitting on the table behind him while he helped them (why not drop off the food first?) Now food is getting cold. I went and asked the cashier about my order because it had been almost an hour. Server brings food over (barely warm), and asks if I wanted the works on my baked potato, for my rib order?? The slip said I did. Another 15 min passes and still no ribs. I asked for a manager, and I was told she left. I finally realized they there was only ONE server for a 1/2 full restaurant. When I went to ask the cashier about my order, a few more people came to complain about the server "disappearing," repeatedly asking for things and not getting it. I was headed back to the salad bar and the server brings me a bag. What is this? You said you wanted your ribs to go. No I didn't! I said I would try them and if I needed sauced I'd take them home. I'm frustrated now, so I request a refund. The cashier processes refund and I sign. The server comes to the register and asks if I got my other order. Why would you ask me that, you brought it over to the table. Seems the cashier had done a full refund and not a partial. I didn't pay attention, I just signed the slip. Now I have to wait until they figure out how to fix this error. The server is now processing the refund error, and explains it to me all wrong. This was just a real bad night. How can you only have one server, one cashier, both young, and you, the manager, goes home???? It was more people cleaning tables than anything. I hope this was just an off night. This message is for seniors. I'm asking all of us to boycott the sizzler in Pinole. Please call and tell them and here's why. My wife and I are seniors and we used to get the senior plates at sizzler because it was affordable. I liked the fried prawns (6 prawns and a potato for 12.99 and My wife, the Malabu chickedn one piece of chicken and a bake potato for 14.99 just 2 weeks ago those meals included a small plate. Just big enough you can have some healthy vegetables with your meal. NOW. they just said if you want anything healthy to go with it you have to pay 8 more dollars per person for the full salad barl. for the 2 uf us that adds SIXTEEN DOLLARS to a meal for 2. The reason I ask that you tell them is because I know that the management is trying to find a solution to the problem. They're meeting with the owners and will most likely offer us something . Even an upcharge of 4 dollars would be fair but not 8. In the past they tried to do away with the chicken wings on the buffet but people complained about so they brought them back. For greater security, there are three locks on the women's restroom stalls. Maybe they've had "problems" and that was the solution?? Also, there are handmade "paintings" in the women's restroom made with what appears to be human feces. Some new. Some old. Most are smaller pieces of "art." The clam chowder has a strange aftertaste reminiscent of cookie dough. If you eat it at the same time as the soft serve "ice cream" at the end, it's kind of like cookies and cream. tldr; Food is mediocre approaching bad, service is bad, human shit on the bathroom walls, etc. Good value for the money.
