They are already supposed to do that kind of background work.

We were directed by the tile manufacturer to purchase through Lifestyle Lab, but the experience was…read moreextremely frustrating and costly. They held our installer's payment for six weeks before placing the order--something we only discovered after contacting the manufacturer ourselves. This delay immediately set our project back. When the tile finally arrived, it was both late and incorrect. Despite a clear purchase order, they ordered mosaic sheets instead of the specified size and refused to accept a return. Because the original tile was handmade with a six-week lead time, we were forced to purchase an alternative--something that could have been avoided had they placed the order when payment was received. A second tile also arrived with the wrong finish. While they offered a small discount, it didn't cover the cost to fix their mistake. Throughout the process, we were repeatedly told our tile was "on the way," when it hadn't even been ordered. This lack of transparency ultimately delayed our project by two months. Poor communication, mishandling of funds, and no accountability. I would strongly caution others before working with Lifestyle Lab.
