The upstairs fire-lounge is slightly smaller but has a good atmosphere. I saw Biffy Clyro play here eight years ago before they were famous, the sound system here is surprisingly good. It's £7 at the door, drinks are average prices and there is a cloak room (which gets full pretty quickly) If you live in Orkney you'll most likely see everyone you know but if you don't then you can get raging drunk without embarrassing yourself in front of anyone you know.
