I advised the staff member as to what I needed. Two suggestions were made and I was given boxes, left to unpack them and try them on. When I did have a sales person later on, the individual was unable to advise me on the fit, other options, etc. I left without a purchase. I went to different store, was given better service and was advised that the items I had been trying on a short time previously were not the right fit for my feet at all. The worst prolonged (years) retail never-to-be-resolved-by-management experience I've ever had…read morewhich included beyond numerous attempts at communication (I was given wrong emails and disconnected phone numbers), being lied to by the owner Doug about a repair/replacement to soles that disintegrated that he never intended to honor, refusing to honor a $55 credit balance from when the company had a different owner (when you buy a company, you buy the assets and liabilities...they don't think so), and the last couple of months, Jonathan said he would honor the credit and then urged me to buy something without using my $55 credit...so they would make more money...assuring me that a $100+ luggage tag was a bargain. I wrote to him several times, first to the fake email he gave me and then the main email over the last few months, with my order including the sale discount and $55 credit applied...and I was ignored completely. I just got email responses from their main email address (iconshoes2022@gmail.com/and 2023) saying Jonathan was traveling and would contact me. They treated me beyond disrespectfully. I'M STAYING AWAY from liars and toxicity....these artsy products deserve a retail experience that is happy and respectful from start to finish. Zero stars.
