They had a nice selection of shoes for all styles, and also had socks and other items to complement their inventory. Prices were a bit high, but understandably so in a specialty store like this ... you are not in a Walmart or Dick's looking for shoes. Good place to shop at.

It sits in a small shopping mall anchored way in the back it's hard to see from the highway you have to really know what you're looking for use your GPS. This is the second time I've come in and received fantastic service. My first experience was April of 2021. I wanted something that had what was called the wide toe box but not a wide shoe and I was just browsing places in the girl was very very helpful at the time and everything was perfect these were some of the best shoes I've owned in a long time I bought two pairs one was more of a running gym shoes sort of thing. But the one that became my daily word pretty much for over two and a half years were these walking shoes in a nice color neutral Brown not just black or the white or off-white whatever they are. I was so happy when I went in there and I said I was in here a few years ago I gave him my phone number and my name they pulled me up said yeah you're here and I was quite pleased to know these exact same shoes are still available and they had them in stock so I got myself another pair because after two over two and a half years of very very hard wear through all different elements for seasons they finally started to begin to slowly get unglued at the sole. But once again I came in in the service was fantastic I had no complaints at all this is an outstanding store right here and even if you have to have something ordered they keep in touch with you and let you know everything that's going on.

After a couple of minutes, I had to go to the ladies room and was advised in an abrupt manner that they did not have public restroom, but I could go next door to another store. Okay maybe it's just me but I find that tacky. You are a store, that has women coming to try on clothing, and you don't offer basic accommodations? Then worst you direct a customer to another store what happened to "Give the lady what she wants shopping concept" in this case "Give the Lady a Restroom" to deliver comfort, and a Great Customer Experience. When I returned from next door, the cashier Sofia was kind, super polite, apologetic and friendly but I do have to say the demeanor of the others were not as welcoming as before they sent me next door to the restroom. The only thing I advised them was that I did not think that was right, and after going next door, I will not be trying on the other item. You cannot tell me the 3 of them are going to Walmart or the store next door to use the facilities. Especially when the store next door just opened in March. This is only my second time visiting and I have lived in the Community for over 12 years. The store has nice things so I would visit again, but I just did not like the overall experience that is the reason for the two stars.

I visited Big Time Clothing on 11/05/2019 and put a shirt on layaway because they did not have my…read moresize. I wear a 2x but the customer assistant informed me they run small and suggested a 3x. She put in a request for that shirt. The shirt was $109.99 before tax which was quite expensive for a shirt so I was confident the assistant knew what she was doing. The customer assistant lady was very nice. I came and picked up the shirt on 12/03/2019 and completed the purchase of the shirt. $120.44 total. When I put the shirt on which was selected for a photo shoot, it did not fit in the neck...too small. Extremely disappointed I had to change my outfit for the photograph, I attempted to return the shirt on 01/05/2020 and at first was told I could do so by the same lady but I had to purchase something in the store with the credit. I has spent some time and had already picked out a few items when the service lady told me her boss said to not give me the credit for the return and to come back in and speak with them. I am disabled and 65 years old and it takes a lot out of me to get around. I am flabbergasted the this business would treat me in this manner. I now want full credit for this shirt that does not fit and want nothing else out of this store. All of the sizes are all mixed up as they are not made in America. I seen one sweater that was a size 5x but I could tell it would fit me. Proper Courtesy might have gotten them a good customer.
