There was still dirt on both pairs of boots, the cream-colored embroidery on the one pair was so brown, I won't be able to wear them again. They're ruined. When I pointed it out to him, he stated it couldn't be cleaned (oh, really?!!?). But is there a reason why it's browner??? I'm so very disappointed. The cayman inlay boots needed more attention to detail. You can still see dirt in the crevasses. And the sole stitching...NO attention was given to that.
