The owner is kind, intelligent, and LOVES what she does. I was honest with her about one thing I wanted to be a tad different and she took that suggestion like a champ. Her feelings weren't hurt. About 9 other people came in after me, and instead of cleaning beds to keep a gradual rotation she allowed the lobby to fill up with people as she kept checking in guests and telling them that there was so many people in front of them. It took about 10 minutes for her to clean beds, and she called everyone who came in after me, to a bed and told me I needed to continue waiting until a bed was clean!!! I waited 25 minutes, for absolutely nothing. They need to better train on how to keep a gradual flow of customers, or hire someone else for the busy season. I ended up walking out. Absolutely ridiculous
