I was very pleasantly surprised. She offered me something to drink and asked if the music playing in her shop was to my liking. She took her time and this was the least painful wax I have ever had! Halfway through she had me check to see what I thought, I asked her to modify the shape some and I love the end result. The next time after they've grown back in some more I'm sure they'll be the exact shape I used to get threaded from a lady in Chicago on the Millennium Mile. So happy to have found someone in Pensacola!

From Eva's welcoming and sweet spirit to Joy's laid-back and calming aura, it made our experience nothing short of ultimate relaxation! Eva made me and my hubby's face glow like Moses' when he came down from Mount Sinai(All my churchy folk will get that)! I came in with a glow already but that's because my combination skin leans more to the oily side and has me always walking around like a freshly glazed donut lol, but after my facial, Eva calmed the inflammation in my face down drastically and decongested my oily pores, leaving my face tight, right, and naturally glowy! She had hubby's face who is more on the dry side, fully hydrated and beard looking healthy and moisturized! When we woke up today our skin still looked great and mines was NOT oily like normal. I arrived within that window and Allyssa said she would do my wax but not my butt strip which is included in the full Brazilian wax. Butt strip takes less than 5 minutes to do and it's included in the Brazilian wax. Allyssa you and your manager must have been having a bad day that day. I always tipped you well and purchased products from your store for support bc the products are awful. This place is money hungry and the reviews are untrustworthy because it's mainly from people they know. Do not go to this place. They make you do a $30 deposit as well which is ridiculous for a wax.
