I arrived 20 min before my appointment time (was out running errands and just ended up there early) and she took me in right away. Her place is small, only a waiting room and the service room with a bathroom, but it's only her so no need for fancies. I don't care so much about aesthetics (her place is modest), but I do care about the quality of the wax being used, the speed of the service (because let's be honest, it hurts), and the final product. Not only is Patricia extremely fãs and efficient, she talks to you the entire time to help take your mind off of what is happening down there, and I left feeling so fresh, clean, and smooth. I should also note that I'm 38 weeks pregnant and my sensitivity is much higher than someone not pregnant, but the pain was very tolerable and over within 15-20 min.
