At approximately 8:55 PM, a pharmacy staff member in a blue uniform approached me and informed me that the pharmacy was now closed and that I would need to return another time. I was given no opportunity to be served, despite the fact that: 1. I was physically present and in line BEFORE the closing time. 2. The excessive delay was caused by the transaction ahead of me -- not by any action on my part. 3. I was not warned at any point during my wait that I might not be served. 4. No reasonable effort was made to accommodate a customer who had been waiting in good faith. This is not simply an inconvenience depending on the nature of the prescription, a refusal to dispense medication to a patient already waiting in line can have serious health consequences. Turning away a customer who arrived before closing, due to a delay the customer had no part in creating, is both a failure of customer service and potentially contrary to your own service standards.

It was the perfect girls' outing, and I left feeling confident and excited to begin making soap on my own. Today I returned for the Foot Scrub class, and it was just as enjoyable. It was such a pleasure seeing Christy and her wonderful staff again. Everyone is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer questions--not only during the classes but about all of the products they carry. The store itself is charming and full of unique handmade items, and they even have a beautiful selection of plants. It's honestly hard to walk out without buying at least one! They accept both cash and credit/debit cards, which is convenient, and parking couldn't be easier. There is plenty of parking directly in front of the store with easy nose-in spaces, making it very accessible. If you're looking for a fun, hands-on experience or want to learn from someone who truly knows her craft, I can't recommend Feel Good Market enough. The facial was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep twice! But they are pricier than the other products. I don't care at all. I LOVE the scent. As a matter of fact, I'm going in this weekend for some more of the hand soap. I have it in my bathroom (foaming pump) and my kitchen (regular hand soap pump). I also diluted it to use as a shower gel. YES, doggone it!!! I'm kinda addicted! This is one of those places that you should actually do a personal field trip to. It will change your life. Believe it. Highly, highly recommended!
