We stopped in unexpectedly and they were having a sale. We put our names on the list and filled out the paper work and went to the bank to get cash out since they don't accept certain cards/ carriers, waited over two hrs, she got hers done, and when I was next, two locals came in and said they were their earlier and had to leave because of an emergency so they were coming back to get their work done. Instead of the artist telling them she had one more client (me) and that I had been waiting, she didn't say one word to me and began to take them. My friend, how speaks Spanish, questioned them and received no explanation or response from the artist. If they chose to leave.. for whatever reason, when they came back they should have been put back in line. Not first above those who had been waiting parenting. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. What was meant to be a memorable moment was ruined. My friend left with a tattoo and I left with nothing. Waste of time. If your visiting or don't speak Spanish, don't expect to be treated properly/equally.

Found this location through Yelp, I called and I was let's say not at my best translating into Spanish. Lourdes, the piercer comforted me and mentioned she's fluent in English. Made the phone call much easier for me. Asked for their minimum for a dainty tattoo and upon arriving the quote was adjusted for what was wanted. Clean surfaces, seating area in lobby, buzzed gate for security and also so you don't walk out on your work (please don't be this person) This location is cash only, but don't worry, they have an ATM available for use. While my friends were getting their tattoos I was chatting with Lourdes and I was impulsive and moved forward with getting a body piercing done. She made the procedure so smooth and painless- raved about her too well that we came back and two other friends got theirs. Artists that helped my friends: Diego and Edgar, thank you! Overall, my review is do it. If I'm ever back, I'll come and give this place another visit. Did I mention they are THE first tattoo shop in old San Juan?

Super chill vibes. Tiny spot on a small dead end street you could totally pass it and miss it if not careful. Pricing seems super fair based off tattoo minimum and our basic nose ring replacement for $10 (including placement and jewelry). Staff seems laid back and friendly.
