Was apprehensive, as i usually am with nails because often they asian, sometimes barely speak english, and i end up with a cheap nightmare. This was NOT the case. Paula was sweet, conversational, and knows how to care for your nails AND make them look great! Gave me some heel lotion as a gift too! My only regret was not finding her sooner!
