A really good restaurant that served a well-made 3 course menu when I attended for my grandmothers…read morebirthday. We had:
Fried Scallops with cauliflower, lemon and almons
Crown of Lamb with beetroot, chervil and aromatic sauce
Baked Alaska with licorice, lemon og flaming pastis (depicted on video)
A nice little 3 course menu that we received the sunday we choose to celebrate.
Everything was neatly prepared using seasonal commodities. The flaming dessert was a funny little way to end it all. Neatly done for a place that use to be a deserted ruin, but has been neatly rebuild to host this restaurant in the cellar. I will definitely return, maybe book a suite in the hotel upstairs, use the spa and dine a couple of times :-)
