When pushed for clarification they said I put dirt in the gas tank. They said it would be $1,500 for a new motor and couldn't possibly be fixed. They also sell BabyLock machines along with a great selection of threads and embroidery designed on CDs. The staff are polite and during the pandemic wore masks. On one occasion my 6 needle needed servicing and I was able to get a house call rather than schlepping the machine up the basement stairs into my car, out of it into the store and reverse.

We had planned to have two small oriental rugs cleaned, but the cleaner tested each of them and determined that the colors would run using the process used on the rest of the carpeting.
