There is limited parking and some man yelled at us for trespassing ( and my car was still there when I came out) My friend and I both got a facial and head massage. We came in and checked in. Waited a bit then was given slippers and escorted to the back to get our feet soaked in some warm water. We then was escorted into our room ( we shared as room as we were together) and was told to change out of our top into a towel robe thing, which was needed as they sometimes do splash you while washing your face and hair I personally didn't like the facial (was the second time i did it in my life) but my friend LOVED the facial (partly why we came back a second time) The head massage on the other hand was amazing. They shampoo about 3x (i lost count, i was too relaxed to care that much), gave you some amazing head massages, worked a bit on your neck as well. Service was absolutely amazing, the girls were so nice. They really thought of every detail. The foot soak was relaxing and warm, they gave you a hot tea to drink. I truly enjoyed the head massage and the facial. I loved that they provided warm heating pads on your body, eyes, and feet which feel so comforting. People were fantastic! I came in early and was offered tea and cookies multiple times. The front is where you'll have your feet soaked and get slippers. Once in the room I changed my top and had warm compresses on my eyes, stomach and feet. Lovely! Then we had a pretty long head and shoulder massage, complete with tapping, pressing, and massaging. If this was the end of my 60 minute treatment, I would have been thrilled! But it wasn't. My lovely lady turned on the water and we started to soak my hair while she put on a face mask. The water was lukewarm, which was OK, but I like my water temperature a little bit warmer. (I did tell her this later in our time and it made a difference.) Once the water was running and my hair was soaking she proceeded to moisturize my hands and feet after taking off the warm compresses. My once warm hands and feet were put into a sandwich bag that had cold lotion in it! It shocked me out of my lullaby because I now have cold, slimy lotion, bagging my hands and feet. The hair washing was better after I asked for warmer water. By the way that circular water spray all these places advertise had very little pressure - I would've liked it to have been a little more powerful. Towards the end lotion and SPF was put on my face after taking off the sheet mask (good and had no smell). She dotted tiny amounts on my face, and it was so light and so not moisturizing I felt like she was pulling skin all over my face. This was for both the moisturizer and the SPF. I really take care of my face and I felt like should I come back next time I should bring my own moisturizer and SPF, since the stuff this place puts on you is not that great and not that much. I was led to a back room after putting my clothing back on to get my hair dried. Strangely my hair kept getting blown and stuck to my face, but I know my lady tried and eventually my hair dried. The default is to have hair blown out as straight as possible. I wish they would've asked me because I would have not allowed them to straighten my hair, but lesson learned. The checkout process was pretty straightforward and again everyone that helped me was very nice. Summary: I don't know if other head spas are different but as much as I would like to like this place, I can't say that I'm coming back. It wasn't very pleasant after the massage but maybe I'm just not used to the standards they have. read more

Definitely an hot and upcoming head spa. I stumble upon this place this morning and was able to book a same day appointment. Staff are so friendly and super sweet. I came here a day before their grand opening promotion (today) but they were appreciative of my presence which is so sweet of them. I really like the welcoming tea & cookies, and washing your feet before lying down. I haven't really experience that in the US (mostly in the Asian countries). I requested for a 75 minutes service which consisted of head spa portion, arms and legs massage. They had hand masks, feet masks and face mask. They also massage and wash my face too. Everything smelled very nice and cozy. Great quality products are used. My body is nourished after leaving. I don't remember when I started the service but they didn't rush me just to get by the time limit, which makes it a very nice experience. I think they're working on running the system but as things are flowing better, noises might not come up as much--- overall, this will be my regular head spa spot! read more

I feel like they focused a bit more on the massage versus the scalp treatment here, so keep that in mind. They don't evaluate your scalp with the camera, which I thought was fine. I am a returning customer and myself and my partner has spent fair bit of funds here- for good reason. The staff are wonderfully friendly and caring. And our experiences overall have been great. However, last visit, my partner got accidentally scratched in the neck in two locations (photo evidence is available if needed) where he felt pain during the experience and you could see the marks after. My partner reached out to manager hoping for some positive message to our feedbacks of asking the masseuse to not have such long nails for next time, instead we were discouraged to see the manager was not so kind in the replies. We also have contents of that reply saved as well. And when we submitted photo evidence, manager did not reply at all. Again, I wish I could give this place more stars as before this incident, I would've given it 5 stars all around... we hope this could be addressed in the future, as we are hopeful we can return again. If you need a reset, come get a head spa treatment from this place. When you walk in you are greeted with smiles and some comfy slippers to change into. This is my third time going and I always go with the Sky 45. It has not disappointed me. They have you sit down and offer you various snacks and warm tea. I went during Mother's Day where they had a beautiful set up with pastries and drinks. Next, they'll lead you to a warm foot bath adorned with flowers and rose petals. After a couple minutes, you are led into your room. There you change your clothes and lay down on their table. They place warming bags around each of your feet and on your hands so you are nice and cozy. They massage your entire head, neck and shoulders. They do some gua sha and facial cleansing as well. The entire experience is serene and peaceful as the calming music plays in the background. After, they blow dry your hair with products that leave your hair feeling silky and soft! You will want to go out after to show it off. Every time I come, I appreciate their customer service and thoughtfulness. Although the treatment focuses on your head, you leave the place feeling relaxed throughout your entire body. I recommend this place to anyone! They did my facial I felt she made no attempt to remove any blackheads I then after she said it was done I told her hey their are some very noticeable black heads I want removed and she said she couldn't do it and she apparently tried which was a complete lie. I cannot even begin to express my appreciation and gratitude for the service I received from this facility. I was looking for a head spa place that would accommodate about 9 ladies and would help with hosting a surprise 40th birthday for a friend. I contacted via Facebook and they were very responsive and easy to work with. We decided on a 60 min service which included a foot soak and blow dry on top of the 60 min. They even told me they would be able to help me get a cake and decorations in my friends favorite color. I was told that my group would be broken into 2 groups. The first group would go from 3-430 and the second group would go 5-630 pm. Cake and drinks (tea and apple cider) would be served between 430. Btw I was also asked to put in a 30% deposit before the service. The day of the event I was blown away. They went above and beyond what we initially talked about. On top of that they even gave us goody bags. I've gone to one other head spa place but the service i received here was beyond anything I could've asked for. They really made my friend feel special. I was reluctant and dubious of these head washing/spa places, my friend told me she had a very meh experience at a different place and she said it was basically just a very expensive hair wash. Not this place...we booked for 60 min and midway through I wished I booked it for 2 hrs. They soaked and washed our feet before heading to the spa room, where you take off your top and put on their silky loose tube top and the treatment begins! Katy was taking care of me, and the treatment included a pretty comprehensive facial (my skin looked amazing after the facial which was not expected because I thought I was just getting hair washed), hand and feet treatment, neck and shoulder massage, and the intermittent head massage throughout the session. There are many other little things she did in between which I forgot now, but ends with more shoulder and head massage and blow dry. If I live closer, I would be coming here at least once a month since it was such a pampering experience. Next time I'm in South Bay, 2hr Sky Head Spa for me! read more

My new favorite place! Everyone is so kind and welcoming! I was greeted by Tu who is so sweet and made me feel welcome. She gave me comfortable slippers and I started off with a foot soak. Han greeted me and took me to my treatment room where they provide a tube top cover so your clothes don't get wet. Warm packs were placed on my stomach and feet and then I was wrapped up in warm blankets. The whole treatment was amazing!! My hair, scalp and skin feel so good. Everything was very clean and the whole place had a quiet comforting environment. Wish I could go every day! At the end they even gave a sweet thank you gift!
