Sky High Balloon Company was Our go to for our daughter's college graduation party! I went in to their store in Wantagh and reviewed all our options. We chose to have a 10 foot balloon arch made for the event. We were able to choose the balloon colors we wanted to use for the arch and left a deposit. The week before the event I went in the store and personally paid the balance Prior to the event on Saturday. You can call and pay by phone also. The day of the event they came on time and put the arch together in the location we chose. Their staff was courteous and polite. They indicated they would pick up the arch frame the following morning. We agreed. We placed a rose banner behind the arch and it was a great photo opt for everyone at the event! Sky High balloons is the place to go for all my balloon needs. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They do large scale dsplays as well as simple balloon bouquets, they deliver and are always lovely to work with. I recently ordered a balloon bouquet to be delivered to a patient in the hospital. I mentioned these were for a boy who liked Harry Potter. My nephew was blown away (no pun intended!) there were some oversized balloons in the bouquet that brought my nephew so much cheer! This merchant also does a lot to give back to the community and is a small family run establishment. I highly recommend them! read more

Very disappointed in my order. I placed an order through their Sky High balloon. FB page. I was ordering a bouquet of balloons for my daughter's birthday. I wrote a confirmation message include the exact items that I was expecting for the price that I was quoted prior to payment. She agreed to the confirmation with the exact items so I sent the money. Upon delivery there was a balloon missing. When I brought this to their attention they said they misread the message because they apparently are getting a ton of orders. I asked what can be done to rectify the situation and she kept saying sorry it was their error but nothing can be done. Buyer beware.. they will scam you. They took my money for an agreed order, admitted they messed up and refused to do anything. read more

We used them twice before, did nice job, but found Tom in Bayside Queens for a lot cheaper who offered a whole lot more! Unfortunately Lauren couldn't accommodate and work with us since we have given them business before. Not a good way to maintain business, in such a low key location. i had no idea where to go to get some balloons for my friends daughters 4th birthday. I just typed in Balloons in Seaford and this came up. I called to make sure they were open and the woman on the phone was super nice and helpful. I went and its a really cute place. Lot of fun little things for 1$ for kids like bubbles etc. I got one 4th birthday balloon and then a few other pink and white ones for her. It was very reasonable and they were very very nice.
