The work itself seems…read moresolid, but my concern is the trustworthiness of the overall service experience During my most recent visit for an antenna repair, I was billed for two hours of labor even though I was at the shop for less than an hour (my appointment was at 2:30 PM and I was checking out around 3:20 PM). When I asked for clarification, the advisor avoided giving a meaningful explanation. I had to point out that the labor charge of $165 didn't align with the stated hourly rate of ~$80, and that there was no way two hours of work had been performed. After I raised this point multiple times, he stepped away to "double check" my appointment time and then returned with an updated, lower bill. No apology was offered, and the advisor seemed annoyed with me. Overall, the interaction left me with the impression that my concerns were unwelcome and made me question whether the original charge was truly a mistake. This is the second time my bill has come out significantly higher than expected. On both visits, when I asked for clarification, I felt stonewalled. The advisor would simply read the receipt back to me rather than explain the charges. I understand that shops may use standard labor times, but that was never clearly communicated. Instead it felt like I wasn't being taken seriously, particularly as someone who may not appear especially knowledgeable about cars. I had the distinct impression that my husband might have been treated differently for the same issue I'm new to the area and have had consistently transparent, positive experiences with Toyota service departments in the past, which made this especially disappointing. Overall, I'm uncomfortable with the lack of transparency and the need to advocate so strongly just to receive a clear explanation. I don't feel confident that I was treated fairly, and I'll likely go elsewhere for service in the future. I would also encourage others to review their invoices carefully and ask detailed questions

    I had a very difficult HVAC problem on my 2015 Ford Mustang EcoBoost with dual-zone automatic…read moreclimate control. The driver's side would only blow cold air when the heat was on. Another Ford dealership had previously replaced the driver's side blend door actuator under warranty, which seemed to fix the issue for a while, but the problem eventually returned. When the issue came back, Green Ford was able to get my car in the same day without an appointment, while another dealership couldn't even look at it for over a week. That alone made a huge difference. After diagnosing the problem, they determined that the HVAC assembly needed to be replaced. Instead of pressuring me into an expensive repair, they waived the diagnostic fee and encouraged me to get a second opinion. They even let me take the car at no charge so I could have another shop verify the diagnosis. I took it to an independent repair shop, Randall's Tire & Auto Repair, where an experienced technician spent time diagnosing the system. He independently came to the same conclusion after replacing an actuator, clearing fault codes, and physically verifying that an internal blend door inside the HVAC housing had failed. That gave me confidence that Green Ford's diagnosis was accurate. When I returned to Green Ford, James Monteleone honored the original drive-off price we had discussed--$3,500 out the door with no surprise taxes or shop fees added later. They also gave me an additional credit because the independent shop had already replaced one of the actuators that would have been replaced during the repair anyway. Their warranty on this repair is also excellent: 2 years with unlimited mileage on both parts and labor, which provided peace of mind on such a major repair. After the HVAC assembly replacement, I noticed a problem with the airflow mode door. Instead of making excuses, James immediately acknowledged that it wasn't operating correctly. The dealership diagnosed a faulty mode door actuator, ordered the replacement part, and replaced it at no charge under warranty. While the car was back in the shop, I also mentioned that my sunglasses holder no longer opened. They found it had simply come off track and repaired it without any issue. I also asked them to check why the ventilated seats had stopped working. Their technician performed additional diagnostics, documented the problem with photos, identified a burned electrical connector and an offline climate seat control module, and provided me with a detailed estimate. They were transparent about what they found, and I appreciated knowing exactly what the issue was even though I decided to postpone that repair. Throughout this entire process, James kept me informed, answered my questions, arranged transportation when needed, and treated me with professionalism and respect. On a repair this large and complicated, good communication makes all the difference. No one enjoys spending thousands of dollars on a major repair, but when it became clear that my Mustang needed an HVAC assembly, Green Ford handled the situation the right way. They welcomed a second opinion, stood behind their work, honored their pricing, took care of follow-up warranty issues without hesitation, and earned my trust throughout the process. I especially want to thank James Monteleone for his excellent customer service and communication. If you have a difficult HVAC or climate control problem on your Ford, I would not hesitate to recommend Green Ford's service department.

Every time I call I get sent to at least 3 different people and took a week to get any answers. They didn't bother to call me back.

William "JR" Guevara "Immediately," engaged me in conversation. At first it was just, what I assumed, as friendly banter. However, of the 5 minutes I stood there talking with the 4 guys present, Mr. Guevara responded to everything I was talking about in a negative and passive aggressive manner. The older gentleman sitting there had to cover his face in disgust a few times this banter went back and forward. I eventually walked off after trying to relinquish myself from this verbal abuse exhibited by an employee of Hendrick BMW which has always shown the uttmost respect from Austin to Charlotte. Perhaps Mr. Guevara should have stayed home today if He wasn't "Feeling It..." Other than Mr. Guevara, Hendrick BMW Rocks from Austin to Charlotte of what I've Seen!
