if your looking for only solid colors then they can do a decent job but I went in for what I thought was a simple design. Horrible. They are more interested in runing their mouths. I got nicked a few times and it drew blood. Don't go there. RUN.

The owner will make things right when employee doesn't satisfy their guests. The salon is open six days a week for business.

I got my nails done on March 26,2022 & not even two weeks and my nails need to be done all over again not to mention the person who did my nails didn't know what they were doing. The person that accompanied me while I went also got her nails that needs to be done again did and also her feet which as soon as she put her shoes on they messed up and my daughters whose paint is coming off of her both her hands and feet but they were supposed to be gel. The manager, Tom, is so extremely unprofessional and rude! I've been going there for awhile and there were re subtle hints that they are not respectful to a certain demographic of people. When I expressed my concern about the quality of the work he and his tech were doing, he said I was "too picky". Well, if I'm paying for a service, shouldn't I expect to get what I want? The owner's brother is rude and possibly racist. Definitely rude, unprofessional and can't do nails worth a crap. He does them so thin that they crack on the side's or straight pop off. When I approached him about it, he said it was my fault. One time after that, he sat me down in the back and left me there. I visited on a busy Friday before Mother's Day. The shop was full of customers, but I was greeted immediately and waited only a minute for a tech. Genesis did a great job with my Spa pedicure. She showed me the prices and variety of options to start, chatted during the process, and gave a great leg massage. The only drawback was that the massage chair wouldn't function for me. Not a good experience at all! I got a gel manicure on Sunday afternoon and on Tuesday afternoon one nail had already come off and another came off on Wednesday. I paid too much to it not even last 2 days. Not all the staff are rude but the one man in particular has been rude to me every single time I've been in.
