With a large RV we were able to navigate the route into the park and into our site. Hookup was easy and we settled in quite fast. Location: Although Cocoa may not seem like a 'happening' location, it was nice and quiet for our stay. Lots of campers/RVs in the park and no noise. Barely seen anyone else to be honest. Bathrooms: Clean every day. Showers: Clean and water was nice and hot Cost: Appropriate cost for the season, which could have been higher since the snow birds are settling in right now and that's when the rates go up. Staff: super friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this park! Call ahead of time to reserve a spot because as we are finding out, places fill quickly.

He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the trails and area. Luckily, we had the last tour of the day so it was just me and my husband. We did a 2 hour tour and I wish we would've booked more time. The trails were so fun and challenging for an advanced beginner like myself. The terrain changed from flat and smooth to soft sand to hilly. At times, I thought I could barely keep up. Tam was a great guide. He made sure we felt safe and took us to areas where other riders we not riding. My advice: ask Tam when is the best time to go because you have to share the trails with others and we went during a busy time (late in the day plus, it was a holiday weekend). It wasn't a bad experience at all but some riders aren't as safety conscious as Tam. We covered about 20 miles on our tour. We stopped for a break and took pictures. It was a great way to bring in my birthday.

ATV Off Road Adventure offer 1-8 hour tours that take you deeper into Ocala National Forest. My friends and I are looking forward to booking our next trip here to do a longer tour. Unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing experience I've had. Our tour was scheduled for noon, yet we did not return to our vehicle until approximately 2:24 p.m. Considering the ride itself is only one hour long, the delay was completely unacceptable. I paid over $600 for this experience, and instead of enjoying our scheduled ride, we spent well over an hour waiting outside in 98-degree heat. As a parent with children, you can understand how difficult and uncomfortable that was. Then, after waiting in the extreme heat, we still had to wear helmets for the ride--which I absolutely understand is necessary for safety--but the excessive wait beforehand made the experience even more exhausting. I understand that unexpected delays can happen and that businesses have busy days, especially on holidays. However, being more than an hour behind schedule without a better process in place is unacceptable. There should be procedures to manage significant delays or better communicate with guests when schedules fall that far behind. This was actually my third visit. Every time I come to Florida, I make it a point to visit your facility. The first year, our tour started about 15 minutes late. The second year, it was around 20-25 minutes behind schedule. This year, however, the delay exceeded an hour, and unfortunately, that has convinced me that I cannot return. I do want to recognize the positive side of our experience because your staff was outstanding. Please forgive me for not remembering everyone's names, but they deserve recognition. We had two gentlemen wearing the same shirts--one was our tour guide, and the other helped fit us with our helmets. Both were incredibly friendly and professional. There were also two women wearing pink shirts, one with blonde hair and one with black hair. They were both wonderful, and I especially appreciate the kindness shown when one of them offered my child a popsicle while we waited. There was also another woman with blonde hair in a ponytail wearing what looked like a blue-green tie-dye shirt. She was equally helpful and welcoming. Your employees were the highlight of our visit. They were accommodating, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. They are the only reason I would even consider returning. However, the ongoing scheduling issues have overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable activity. Waiting over an hour in extreme heat after paying more than $600 simply isn't acceptable. I sincerely hope management reviews its scheduling process and makes improvements because your staff deserves to work for a business that delivers an experience equal to the level of service they provide.
