We came here for our daughter's 6th birthday! we loved how they had everything set up and organized for us. Our hostess was Audrey. She did an incredible job! She even wrote a personalized card for her daughter. She was very helpful supporting with cleaning, set up, and passing out of the food. It made my job as a host so much easier. She also came to help set up and clean up for our party. I thought overall the party was really well run. The kids had so much fun at the trampoline park and playing with the games. It didn't rate it a full 5 because cleaning and leaving the trampoline park to make space for the next party felt really rushed. The venue itself also felt really tight and it was hard to move around with the amount of people packed in there (we had 21 kids). My 7yr old grandson wanted to visit this new (to him) trampoline park. It's awesome and he had a great time. But many of the features are geared towards bigger kids. He is still a little small for many of the obstacles & features. Cost for an hour is ~$20 (Feb 2023) which would be worth it if the climbing wall was opened. I attended a birthday party here and while it was quite fun, there needs to be more enforcement of rules. The employees did an okay job, but it could definitely be better. I walked past a group of kids sitting on top of a trampoline that you were intended to jump off of into an airbag. They were blocking the way and staying for way too long on the trampoline. On top of that, one of them was eating a bag of chips and getting it everywhere, despite a sign saying "no food past this point" after leaving the restaurant/seating area. There was even an employee right by this area, but they weren't paying attention, as the kids just walked away after a while without getting a talking-to. My son went here with his summer camp. He accidentally left his brand new reusable water bottle. I called multiple times same day to ask them if it had been turned into lost and found. Nobody answered so I left messages. Never received a call back. First time here and my girls loved it! We went during the "toddler hours" which just gives you a discount for kids 5 and under. Each child can have a free adult to supervise but you do need to buy their socks. It was very affordable for 2 kids + 2 supervising adults it was only $18 for an hour. We've always had great experiences here but most recently, I contacted their events department to see if they'd be willing to host a fundraiser with our school. We worked together on a date and during our schools long winter break, our school came out for some really great fun. They donated 20% back on all admissions (excluded food purchases) so it proved to be a great fundraiser for us. It certain doesn't take out all the implicit and explicit sexual references, like "he gonna eat me like a man" and "I'm that b^^ch on and off of the cameras Type of b^^ch few people can handle And I walk like I know my p^^sy dangerous." They claim the playlists change with the time of day, so I Would really love to know the time of day this is appropriate at a business that caters to children. Based on other yelp reviews on this subject, I imagine the local manager will say it is all clean and approved by corporate. Disclaimer: we visited on a holiday weekday. it was busy but not over crowded What makes it 5 stars? - there's AC and very high ceilings so the ventilation is much better than these other places - overall clean and doesn't stink of sweat or feet - there's a parent lounge on the second floor with chairs, tables, and cable TV to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet while your kids play. You can see your kids from the lounge too - lots of different activities other than just jumping: they have a basketball area, dodge ball area, rock climbing, a jungle gym area, and arcades that are included! - nice shoe rack to store your shoes and other belongings - plenty of free parking where you don't have to troll and be stuck in a traffic jam - friendly and fast customer service at the front desk - best of all, super reasonable prices for the amount of entertainment ($10 for one hour for ages under 6 and $12 for 1.5 hours) - they have a concession stand that serves a variety of food and beverage options If Sky Zone can maintain their cleanliness, prices, and customer service, this will be the only trampoline park for us in San Diego! read more

Open for private group (reservation) parties only. Clean, organized and accommodating. We arrived at our appointed time for our group's celebration with no unexpected restraints, restrictions or rules . . . and no masks except for the staff member working. The only apparatus that was unavailable for our group today was the rock-climbing wall. It would have been nice to have for all of the kids (adult kids as well); but, with the abundance and variety of activities yet still open for us (literally had the entire place to ourselves), there was plenty of space for the kids to run, play and be chased by the adults. We were able to bring in our own party favors, drinks, food and deserts and the single staff person kept the complimentary lemonade and water cold, on ice, and full. There were also plenty of party paper products also available. We had a two-hour time frame for our group. Up front it doesn't seem like much time for a party, but everyone was sore, tired, fed and ready to head back home. There are even some message chairs to work out the kinks of us older patrons. The staff member was nice to us and let us be to our group; he just checked on us periodically. He was prompt to get us outta there after our period, but that was acceptable and he was professional. The place is huge and perfect for a larger group or family, yet for our group of about 15, allowed us to have plenty of room to run and time with our closest Rona-free family. Very accommodating, professional and a very fair value. Look these guys up if you are interested. I think they would be gracious to open their door for you. Really disappointed with "toddler time" lately. The littles get a designated 2 hours where they can run around and jump without the stress of big kids around them. Both of our recent trips have had a number of much older kids including camps that are there during toddler time. My son has been slammed into, had balls thrown at him, and has been bullied by the bigger kids. The designated toddler time should ONLY be for the littles for safety reasons alone. The kids had such a workout from bouncing around and the place is clean, organized, and modern. BUT the one person that really amazed me, who I am beyond grateful for was Yadira!!! They call her YaYa!! She was our party host. She was my right hand at the birthday. She was SOOOOOOO HELPFUL. She was BEYOND helpful. I was trying to run the show, and she was like "I will help you. You can relax, I'll do everything, I'll call the kids, I'll serve the kids, etc" I was still trying to run it but she helped so much. She was up and down the stairs refilling pitchers at the same time. Sky Zone helped throw an awesome party for my son's birthday. We booked 20 kids and from the moment we arrived the host at the front was very helpful and accommodating to ensure as our guests arrived they were given their pass and socks quickly and directed where to go. She offered to refrigerate our cake and handled all the gifts. When our private room was ready everything was organized and laid out, gifts were stacked neatly on the table and our hostess served all the kids and parents. She cut the cake and served it and in no time the kids were back out jumping. The staff made it so easy and stress free that we had such an amazing time worth every penny we spent. We left overjoyed. The facility has to be the best trampoline park around. So much to do and so many different sections. The rock wall climb, free fall jump, ninja wall to to run up with ninja courses. There are several trampoline parks in our area, this is the cleanest and best equipped. My son is eight and he can easily spend two hours here; fortunately two hours isn't much more expensive than one. He likes the trampolines and obstacle course; he's been on the high jump and the rock wall but thinks they are both too scary now. And he always like to finish with video games. Haven't been to a party here. Would be nice if there were more adult seating near the trampolines for us supervisors. read more

I am blown away!!! We have been jumping at Sky Zone in San Marcos for years. Many parties and after school exercising and many weekend jumps and just fun times! I spoke with a very nice and big smiling guy named Conner. He is happy to be working at this site and he is very attentive to his zone. One big reason why I love coming to Sky Zone is the great positive attitude. I always see them watching and paying attention to everyone. Makes me feel like the kids are safe flying in the air!!! I AM SO HAPPY TO HAVE SKY ZONE IN CARLSBAD!!! Just had the best interaction with the sweet girl who is taking care of the soccer area. If you have ever been to an indoor trampoline park, they all have a pretty similar formula. My challenge was one of the most fun parts (the foam pits) has also turned to be one of the most disgusting. When the parks were brand new, you did not think much about it. But now that the parks are getting older, those foam bricks are starting to show their age and when they decompose on you, you start to realize, they can't be reasonably cleaned and are very gross. This place has figured it out and put a light cover over the foam bricks. Maybe it is a false sense of security, but the fact that there is a continuous surface that can be reasonably wiped/sprayed down, makes me feel a lot better and less creeped out. On top of the cover, they have a pretty cool air drop, a junior ninja warrior course (with 2 warped walls) and a variety of different jump arenas. They even have snow/wake board like devices that kids can use in one jump area. They definitely pack a lot into this place. Of all the places we have been, this place is definitely my favorite place and would be the only place I would choose to go back to. read more

We had my son's 10th birthday on Friday night at Skyzone for the Glow Party. The kids all had a blast and Malia was our rep and fantastic. She was extremely helpful and responsive. With 20 boys it was chaos, loud and messy and she has the best attitude, a smile at all times and the party was smooth and a blast for all. She took care of the food, drinks, cupcakes and clean-up allowing my husband and I to mingle with guests. We truly appreciate her for making my sons birthday awesome. Also the Glow Theme is super fun for the kids and I highly recommend it. The only drawback is it ends late since the only time available for Glow is 7:30-9:30pm. read more

I came to Sky Zone, so many times. Ever since the grand opening in March '20 before COVID-19 ever happened. My friend was having an all day till nighttime Birthday Party in the Sky Zone Party Rooms once we checked before Jumping, his parents had to wait an hour to get into the Party Check In Line. Even though, It turned out mysterious to see a random dude dressed as Zelda closest to the line inside the building. When we got into the trampoline court, We headed to Main Court and then played Sky Slam so many times, There were over 7 people here at the park, three of the kids were from different schools and Me and my other 3 buddies went to the same school as me in Carlsbad. All 7 of us were in the same grade but our ages were different to all of us. When everybody was jumping, The music stopped and they were about to say "Hey Sky Zone guests, will everyone for..." Did not say my friends name. I was so worried that other kids were coming to my friends party. but he said No to me 4 times. So I went into the Arcade, and had a severe bad headache when I was about to play Cruising Blast, 4 player Pac Man, and Nerf Arcade. I played 2 races and I got 1st and 3rd place. After I played Pac Man with 3 random kindergarten kids and finished it off with some "Nerf Arcade" With my friend for his birthday.
