    Slides, zip line and trampolines

Defy is so much fun for all ages. Trampolines, dodgeball, parkour, basketball, volleyball all in one place. Infants to adults can find something to enjoy. Staff is friendly. And best of all kids are worn out when done. They even have a basic membership that is great if you come more than once a month. Jump high!

Soar high at Defy! I had the most fun night with my friends here, we were so impressed and wished we could've stayed even a little longer than our reservation. Most any kid will go crazy to jump on a trampoline, let alone visit a whole park of them. I always thought they were so fun, especially when there were the basketball hoops, foam pits and dodgeball games. As an adult, that didn't really go away. Defy was so much better than any trampoline park I've been to, however! It was actually quite clean when I went, and SO much to do! There are free tramps, climbing walls, swings down into foam pits, a sparring bridge, basketball hoops, a balance beam, obstacle courses and even a room where you can literally jump off the walls. We spent the good part of an hour just trying to get around to everything, which was an absolute blast. The prices to get in were pretty reasonable, and with all of the activities offered I felt it was money well spent. There are also benches and seating all around the park for any parents/ guardians wanting to keep an eye on their kid but not participate. Let your true inner child shine here, and you'll fit right in!

    Puddle of urine.

Terrible. Waited for 30+ minutes in line, with only two people ahead of us. One person running the counter while the other employees stood off to the side recording themselves making Tik Tok videos. When we finally got to the counter, the guy then told us we needed to go to the other counter to sign the waiver, then go to the back of the line. Took an additional 15-20 minutes. Seemed like something they could mention to us while we were already waiting in line. Almost 1 hour just to get through the line with only two families ahead of us. Bathroom was absolutely awful. Literally puddles of urine on the floor. Half of the areas were closed off for the majority if not the entirety of our time there because the staff members were too busy standing around or on their phones. I don't believe I saw a single employee over the age of about 24. It was obvious they did not care one bit. Zero percent chance of ever returning here for us. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go.

Awesome place for kids and adults alike. It used to be 2 infinity but they renamed it Defy Lakeland and renovated it (although I haven't been here before so not exactly sure what they did.) They have trampolines galore, a challenging ninja warrior area, aerial silks, rock wall, dodgeball area, basketball where you can jump on the trampoline to practice dunking, a trapeze and swing and several foam pits. What a fun time, the prices are very good as well, just over $20 for an adult for 2 hours, $17 for 6 and under. They have parties, our special events as well. Look for groupons too, you can get an even better deal. You do need to purchase their jumping socks ($3 a pair) which do run very small. Plenty of parking because it's in a large strip mall. Definitely recommend Defy Lakeland for a couple hours of fun and a great work out.

Loved this place to go with the kids. I feel it safe. It is a little pricy. We got a 3 month basic pass and we can go technically every day 2 hrs a day. Which is long enough I think.

It clearly shows pizza and soda combo!!

What kind of place is this?? We had 12 people in our party and we can early enough so we could jump and eat and there was no pizza the kid behind the counter advised us that we could not buy pizza because it was reserved for only birthdays !!!! Are you serious but it clearly states on your menu the family size pizza! We are never coming here again with our family! The rudeness of the staff is incredible. Being in the team building business as a business owner this is unacceptable. We were inconvenienced and we had to go out and purchase pizza from the outside never again! No pizza!!! Come on guys you are definitely slipping!

I spent a week trying to communicate with the facility about a last min booking. They said they could accommodate and to book online. What they post on their site is 100% misleading. First it started with us booking a package online. We utilized their website and booked a package that included the marker. On Friday the day prior the owner cancels and just refunds the order no communication. His reasoning they don't offer that package. Tom then said we could reschedule for next week. Again mind you this was booked prior and was for a birthday. We get it rebooked after much hassle and then he tells me the time I booked for would be short. Since we scheduled for 3pm, I asked if there was any kind of compensation since the time would be shorten he said no. Further more I had to suggest to add on the time at 2 pm, so the kids could get the full experience. He agrees and says we should be good to go. On Saturday, today. We get there and to our surprise we weren't the only party booked for the hour, okay not a problem. Then we find out there is only one ref. Rain starts about 30 mins in and goes until about 3:30, my kids got to the canopy around 3pm so an hour already lost between waiting for people, and the rain. Let's talk about the canopy, it is a hanger style canopy but did we get the space to ourself? Nope we had to share with the other birthday group. They pulled in their trucks kept them on and blasted music the entire time all while screaming profanity and other inappropriate things. The ref Sean (the star problem) comes out and gives a safety briefing to both parties. It is now almost 3:30, an hour and a half gone. Then Sean grabs both groups and decides the white family goes first despite us being screwed over and already having missed half the party. Despite the fact that Tom the owner messed up this entire thing and misled us, they still could not handle separate parties. When Sean was confronted about how half of the time is being missed he began to explain that they are short staffed and don't have any available fields and says I understand but they have to wait. Okay so by 3:45 I'm back in the front and when speaking with the lady ( she is remarkable and the only reason this business works,) she calls out her kid who helps run the place. He was very polite however his only solution was to suck it up or to refund and go. Their reasoning for the other family , "they had priority because they were already booked" even though we had it booked prior and their owner cancelled it because they messed up their website and offered a product they couldn't sell. No compensation Fully misleading as compared to their website. They stated 3 hours of play, we got 1.5. They said a ref the whole time, we shared for half the actual play time. They said a canopy, they never said we had to share. During play the ref was subpar Sean seemed to not care. We explained one of the guns kept jamming and he said "yeah that's the kind of gun" not "let me switch" not "im sorry" just yeah. Don't bother booking online. Don't bother for a party. It's $390 for 10 kids for 1 gun to not work, no available fields, half the play time, and half a ref. They will not compensate, they will solely offer a refund and no paintball. Not worth it. I suggest the one in Orlando near west colonial or any other but don't spend your money here. They messed up and nothing.

Let's start by saying that you should make sure you are scheduling for the right location as sending someone the direct link may still send them to a different location, as with our experience. I sent my beautiful partner the link to Rock Springs (Rock springs was literally in the URL), but it sent her to Silver Springs. We didn't notice until the trip was booked (less than 10 minutes later) and tried to contact the office to see if we can be transferred over to Rock Springs or if they could cancel the booking since it was literally minutes ago. Unfortunately, we didn't think we would need the trip protection add-on for something like this, but we were told we can only reschedule at the same location because we didn't purchase it... The funny thing is that the Rock Springs option didn't even show up for her when she was trying to rebook, but it did show up for me. Anyways, it's just something I highly suggest you pay attention to. Unpleasant booking issue aside, since we did have to book and pay again for this trip, the tour was pretty good. Our guide was Meagan, who was great. She was also accompanied by a guide who was transferring over to this location who was also helpful. First off, let me say if you have never done a two person tandem kayak before, it can be a little difficult to get in sync and start making progress. We did however get into the groove after the first stop upstream, and after that, the trip was fun and full of sights. The paddling up stream is a bit of a work out, so be prepared for that. You will stop at multiple scenic spots to snap some pictures on the way. I guess we were lucky to take the last tour of the day, as there wasn't a ridiculous amount of people going either way. Once you get to the end of the upstream paddle, the ride back is a breeze. You just have to figure out how to steer and to back paddle to slow down. You can get some really good pictures and take in the scenic views during this time since you don't need to paddle against the current. Our guide took some nice pictures and videos of us and provided them to us at the end of our trip. The initial part of the trip can be difficult, but if you work through it and figure things out, the tour was enjoyable.

The only downfall for us was that we were expecting a crystal blue water experience for at least half of the kayak tour. It was more so towards the end of the other than that we got a great workout in. Be sure to complete the tour to the end. The commute returning requires far less work. We were able to relax and take in the scenery more on the way back. Be prepared to put in some muscle work.

When I approached them, they pointed me back to him and said he would need to help me. It was frustrating trying to get a clear answer. I eventually went to the front desk to explain the situation, but they seemed just as unsure about what was going on. It appeared that the location was severely understaffed, especially considering how crowded it was. The facility was packed, and there didn't seem to be much supervision. Children were running wild, and some were even jumping and playing while carrying drinks, which raised safety concerns. They eventually opened the areas she wanted to play in, but dealing with her distress was a little much and it could've been avoided. Management needs to step up staffing and oversight, especially during busy times. The experience was disappointing, particularly after paying for the Ultimate Pass.
