Waiting For The Glow Session To Start

This location is always a good time when there aren't fights breaking out or just plain chaos going on. This time of all times was the least packed I've ever seen it. Maybe because it was such a hot day and people decided to stay home. The ticket counter only had one person on the register so the line was moving slow and kind of backed up. But once inside there are lockers to place items for safekeeping before jumping. They have a special jump area for party goers who rent out the space for their event as well as a party room. They have a water fountain to keep hydrated. Also a concession stand with food, drinks, and snacks for purchase. I had an Oreo ice cream patty for the first time it was soooo good. I sat on the leather couches while the kids played. They love sky zone and always ask to visit!

It's sky zone. A place to jump and flip and have fun. Keep the bar of expectations reasonable and you will have fun. They have a lot of different areas. Foam pit for flipping. Jousting station. Jump zones. Basketball. Dodgeball. And a ninja warrior zone. Staff are mostly teens and young adults as are most places like this. Was clean enough. Only complaint is they need to have some kind of dress code. I saw far too many titties about to pop out of tops and see thru items for a family friendly place. *will note that when we checked in the line was crazy long that we were late for our reservation. The girl also noticed it was my daughters birthday. She gave my daughter and two nephews an extra 15 minutes of jump time*

Just celebrated a 10th birthday for a close friend's daughter. I'll start by saying the children had a great time, but then again, what kid wouldn't when you throw in a trampoline, pizza, and cake.  As parents, however, our expectations are a tad different, we judge the overall experience and pay particular attention to detail. To my knowledge, this birthday party reservation was booked in October and moments before the 2pm start time, we were informed that the room was double-booked and released to another party.  As you can imagine, this created significant delays and we began to escalate the matter to management.  We were interested in learning how this reservation was overbooked and who was responsible for releasing the room.  We were advised that the system didn't log that information so they would be unable to track who it was.  All I heard was crickets... Its almost 2020 people!!! We totally understand the code "snitches get stitches" but you need to investigate these types of snafus to minimize their reoccurrence in the future. A few other observations: 1) It's Saturday, if you have a large area of your venue closed for maintenance then I think you it would be beneficial for your members and those holding group/party reservations to be aware of the capacity limitations in advance. 2) While waiting for the room to become available, the kids were getting anxious and I figured taking them to the arcade section would help keep them occupied. Unfortunately, both card kiosks were out of order.  I spoke to the staff and it was eventually addressed about 30 minutes later.  Again, does someone monitor that? 3) Last thing, I am a father of two toddlers under 6, their designated section looks more like two small outdoor inflatable swimming pools filled with plastic balls and sponge cubes that were rejects from the other play areas. I'm hoping you revisit this current setup considering how many children under 6 enjoy Sky Zone. With that said, I do want to applaud management's efforts to make this situation right.  They extended the jump time and knocked off a percentage of the bill.  Although that's greatly appreciated, there were more than 15 sets of parents that needed to adjust their Saturday evenings because of a 90-minute delay.  Not to mention, the kids were starving by the time the room was ready so they tore through that pizza when it came out. All I ask is that you take this as constructive feedback and do better in the future.  Thank you in advance.

So much for kids and adult. Be ready to sweat. It can be a little smelly but I guess that should be expected since everyone is sweating.

We arrived at 10:30, which I would recommend based on crowds. My 4 and 5 year old had a good time, though I'd say this spot is optimal for slightly older and above. There were just a handful of activities they really couldn't do. That being said, I saw a bunch of toddlers who were also having a blast. The namesake slide was closed all morning, which was a bummer, but I'm also not sure my kids would have actually done it. The trampolines, acrobatic swing bar, and multi-level play structure were their favorites. I agree that some people working here were more happy to be there. The waiver is long. Try to do it ahead of time.

Great experience at Air Riderz Adventure Park in Port Chester…read more Large covered parking lot shared with other stores and shops nearby. We used a Groupon and had no issues redeeming when visiting on a Friday morning. We were instructed to complete the waivers at the kiosks near the entrance. We did have to purchase the mandatory socks which was $18 for three (3) pairs. Before proceeding to the play areas, we put our things in the little cubes they have for storage...i.e. shoes, bags, etc. Keep in mind these are open cubes which anyone can access. I never felt unsafe in leaving our things there...but as always, there is a risk. It was not very crowded on a Friday morning at around 10:30am (they open at 10) so it was a pleasure navigating the space with minimal crowds. There are lots of areas to enjoy for both adults and children. The main area has trampolines as well as some interactive areas where you jump to tap buttons and two video screens where you mimic the movements on screen...both area great. There are a few obstacle courses: ninja, balance beam, and swing pit. The basketball area is also great with a cushioned surface, two hoops, and targets where you can throw balls at. There are two huge slides in the center which are fun. Finally, there a "rock climbing" area with a few different climbing options. You must have the "climb" option added to your pass in order to use it though. You will be belayed during the climb. Be mindful that the gripped socks provided do NOT offer the best grip while climbing in my opinion...climbing was much more difficult that I experience in traditional rock climbing places that provide rock climbing shoes...then again, maybe it is just me. There is a food area which sells some snacks: soft drinks, chips, candy. There are also a few tables nearby where you can eat. Overall we had a great time here...the space was very clean and well-maintained. All staff we encountered were very nice. Be sure to check ahead if visiting with toddlers as there are some restrictions on which areas they are able to visit.

However, I think the staff need better training and more consistent supervision. The ball pit is about 3 feet deep, which can be difficult for younger toddlers to climb out of. I witnessed a mother ask a staff member for help because her toddler was stuck. Instead of assisting, the staff member simply stepped into the ball pit and asked the toddler if they could climb out. The child was clearly unable to, which was the reason the mother had asked for help in the first place. In the end, the mother had to climb into the ball pit herself to get her child. Then at the race car track, staff allowed toddlers who were below the recommended height to ride. I personally didn't think this was a major safety concern since the cars have seat belts. However, after one toddler had started riding, the staff asked the child's mother to remove them because they couldn't drive properly. I understand that other children were waiting (including mine), but if staff decide to allow younger children to participate, they should let them enjoy the full experience unless the parent chooses to end it early. The most disappointing experience happened at the Sky Rider attraction. Children under the height requirement were being allowed to ride, but when it was my son's turn, he was stopped and told he was too small. The child in front of him was visibly shorter and had already been allowed to ride several times. Naturally, my son was very upset. I spoke with the staff member to understand why the rules were applied differently. His response was that after he made the comments, he let my son ride once, but "he got sour and ran away." That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. My son is on the spectrum, and assumptions like that can be especially hurtful. More importantly, all children should be treated fairly. Overall, the playground itself is excellent and offers plenty for kids to enjoy. My biggest concern is the lack of professionalism in some staff interactions.

The reason for the low review is the concern of safety of my kids. This place is not that big and it gets really crowded with kids and parents. I highly do not recommend kids under 2 unless you going to be a hawk and shield that baby. There are kids from all age groups and some of them are rough or clumsy players. The ball pit right in front of the door is not for jumping in. There is not enough balls so when you jump you can easily step on one of the balls and slip. I seen a lot of kids have accidents. Also the platforms are matted but it is still pretty hard. I saw one kid jump from the platform to the ground and she landed on one of the balls, slipped and knocked her chin on the platform block. Boy she was not happy. The square sponge pit I totally do not understand. The pit is small, deep and there's a giant pole right in the middle. The trampoline is small. You have to be careful especially if it's more than 3 kids as they will start jumping on top of each other. If you have younger kids you do have to watch them.
