Let me start by saying my little one has an absolute blast jumping around here. Is it the cleanest, no. The bathrooms need a serious deep clean and toilet scrub. The foam cubes in the pits need serious replacement. The couches in the lobby need a wipe down. Other than having a blast on the trampolines we talked with Deandre while he was supervising the area and he was so incredibly kind and helpful. Been here a few times and they have updated/remodeled a bit since I was there last. We had a birthday party and got a nice room and a dedicated staff member to set up and assist and pack up when done. Kids can play on anything for one price. Happy to upgrade this review from 1 to 4 stars! I reluctantly returned at the persistence of my son and was happy to see it in good repair, clean, and with new activities! The park was clean, the biggest complaint is the foam pit by the toddler area had some extremely old foam blocks coming apart, we even found an old cell phone and other odds and ends that have probably been down there for years and most likely not cleaned. Great place to take kids to get out energy. We visited this past Monday since it was Presidents' Day and school was out. We arrived around 9:20 and there were very few people inside. We did not have to wait in line, which was nice. They have a seating area located in front of the trampoline park which is nice to set up base with drinks. They have comfortable couches along with tables and chairs. They also have a large restroom and a snack bar with an assortment of treats and food. read more

I don't normally leave reviews but I felt it was necessary. This was my first visit at a trampoline park. My son is very young and he had such a great time. My husband and I were very pleased with our entire experience with one thing in particular. My son attempted to jump from one of the taller platforms onto an inflatable. There's a line and the gentleman managing the line and the children was absolutely amazing. He was super patient with all the children and especially my little one. He spoke to him and encouraged him to even try the jumps. It was really really awesome. This man deserves some recognition and some appreciation for sure. My family had a really good time! read more

You have to pay full price even if you're just an "observer" and not jumping. The price was not worth our experience because two of the jumping attractions were closed down and their games didn't work. The Photo Booth wouldn't turn on and the air hockey table only had one paddle. Don't know about the other games because we gave up. That being said, the staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of fun, but totally overpriced. Also, they charge by a 30 minute block, but if you check in at say 40 minutes past the hour, you either have to wait 20 minutes or get charged for 10 minutes you didn't use which is frustrating. Skyzone is good for all ages - they have a toddler /kid area that I would easily say 2.5 year olds can competently use and enjoy. Tip: go on a weekday afternoon and you'll practically have the park to yourself. I wish they had "happy hour" pricing. read more

Had a great time with my child. It is a wonderful place to have fun and burn off calories for kids and adults alike. A great bonding opportunity, amazing place to jump high and have fun.  The guy in the food court, Joseph was a sweetheart too. The only reasons I would not give it a 5 Was because of the stinky blocks but even then I can understand because after all, you cant expect to go into a gym and expect it to smell beautiful. However, the worst part about this place was Jada! I don't know if she just got up in the wrong side of the bed today or just had a stinky attitude today or if just a her thing. You can't work in a kid friendly area and be rude, arrogant and dismissive. She by herself managed to turn the experience sour and reduced 3 whole stars. Still had lot of fun though! read more

We have a membership here and lately there has been several spots where you can clearly accidentally step in and fall right thru to under the trampolines. Nothing covering it or anything to protect the kids from falling thru. There was all the springs on a square broken and I told staff and they said there's nothing they can do about it. Good facility but poorly managed. Staff is fine, as they are young adults with minimal responsibilities. They are almost always understaffed. Entrance is always longer than necessary, when staff leave break room they mosey back to work. Male bathrooms have always smelled, mostly young boys will do that but deep cleans of the uprights would fix it pretty easily. They have used multiple urinal cakes to try and mask the lack of consistent deep cleans. The customers are mostly young children of elementary age, so the general choice of music is inappropriate. The joust bars have not been cleaned for some time. Little motivation among employees, and little active management. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went for my nephew's birthday and it was very disappointing. There was way too many kids on the trampolines at one time and no one was supervising. Then when it came time to go to the party room a group of unsupervised kids were outside our room trying to get in to "join the party". They were loud and kept opening the party door. Our hostess was absolutely no help. My sisters did the whole party themselves instead of enjoying it with their kids. When we went to complain about our hostess her mother over heard and started threatening everyone to join her in the parking lot. We had to call the cops to escort us out to make sure they didn't do anything. This place has already had a shooting before and I didn't want to be involved in the next one. read more

BE CAREFUL. This location will charge you for WHATEVER they want unless you pay online before you get there and WILL NOT refund OR call you back! DO NOT RUN YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD!! They WILL fraudulently charge it and you WILL have to fight and involve your bank!! On 3/16/22 I went to the Sky Zone in Pensacola, FL with my wife and (ages 9 and 1) children. We were told by the team member that it would be $90 for the 4 of us. When we told the woman that it was much cheaper online, she said, "Well, I could charge you $47 and you could all come back for the next 30 days". We agreed since that was a much better deal and she said she would give us our cards before we left. When we were leaving, we stopped by the desk to get our 30 Day cards. She only gave us two cards. One for my son and one for my wife. When we asked about myself and our 1 year old, she said she only charged us for 2 and chose them. Since I work all week and wouldn't be able to come back much anyway for the next month, we just let it go and left. On 4/16/22 a charge for $47 came out of my account from Sky Zone. I called them to ask for a refund since we were told it was only for 30 days and they took a message. No one called back. I called again this morning (4/18/22) and no one called back. I called for the 3rd time today and spoke to another team member. She told me there was no possible way to get a refund or cancel this membership. She said she could leave a message for the manager, but it would take you 3-4 weeks for them to return a phone call. This is RIDICULOUS. I NEVER asked for a monthly membership. I NEVER signed anything or was made aware that this was a reoccurring monthly membership and I didn't even get a card for myself for the membership that I'm paying for! read more

We had my niece 7th birthday party here and it was beyond amazing! The hostess was so friendly and attentive. She catered to the entire party pouring our drinks, serving the pizza, cutting the birthday cake and even cleaning the kids tables off as they were done eating. She definitely went above and beyond by taking pictures for us, helping my niece open gifts and just being such a sweetheart! Because of this we'll definitely recommend skyzone for party and continue to come just to let the kids in the family enjoy themselves! read more

My daughter has her birthday party here and their packages are very nice for a mom who is always so busy at the parties that she can't enjoy a single moment of it. They took care of everything, down to cutting and handing out the cake and pouring drinks. Plus, all the attendees got a coupon for a free hour on a later date. Then yesterday, my 9 year old made the best decision of jumping in the foam pits for an hour with his phone in his pocket instead of leaving it in the car where I thought it was, and not surprisingly lost his phone. The workers seem to have a lack of customer service training and even while working are always on their phone instead of being focused on their job. For the dodgeball area, the workers don't monitor and regulate to ensure older people aren't in there playing against small kids which causes them to get hit in the face. They should make them play against their age group. read more

I struggle with rating this place fairly, mainly because the kids love it, it's a a great option for a rainy day, and the prices are okay. The lines are often long, and the employees are usually kind but seem poorly trained. We have a membership, and it seems like every time we go we have to explain to them what's included in that. Also, it's starting to look a lot more run-down....and smell like it. Case in point: the bathroom only has one stall door, and there's a sink off the wall. We always have such a great time that I hate to give a bad review. Today I took my 11 year old and 2 of his friends. About 15 minutes into our 2 hours one by one each child came out to the massage chairs injured from the "obstacle course bully" Initially I told them to report the incidents to the instructors. The instructors didn't care. I then watched 2 more children leave dodgeball injured and crying. Another one from my crew came down with telling me the same kid kneed him in chest in the dodgeball game. I went up to discuss and find out where his mom was. He cussed at me and got in my face. Such a great idea for kids and family to have fun! I was invited to a birthday party hosted here. The little ones seem to have a blast jumping around all the available trampolines. There were many options on what they can play and do. Dodgeball seemed a bit too intense, but it was fun to watch. There were hoops of different heights for any ages to try. Even a toddler section for the babies to play in! My sorority sister booked 1 hour of jumping then 1 hour in their party room. The service was great! We had at least 3 members cater our 25 and more party. Soft drinks were available and we had 3 large pizzas which were pretty good and hot. The party rooms had 3 long bench tables with two long benches against the wall. And could seat up to about 35 adults guests. It was a decent size party room (Party Room 4). read more

I'm rating two stars because my baby had a good time but the people who work there need to learn how to speak to people . Not all the workers are rude but the ones who are actually around children and the parents are ... I went to drop my husband's shoes in the cubicle I come back up the ramp two of the workers are making it seem like it's a limited time to go back and forth up the ramp and acting like I didn't have a wristband . On top of them being hostile they continue to ask me if I'm with some other people behind me who I didn't know I'm guessing because they are black like me . What a blast! My kids fell in love with trampoline parks several years ago and we have been to several different ones on the Gulf Coast. Hey, for the price of a movie ticket, they get lots of exercise and kinetic fun. So, when we moved to Pensacola, I have been hearing a constant stream of "can we pleeease go"? Seriously wish now that I had relented sooner. This place is smaller than a big one in New Orleans, but soo much cleaner and the staff is super friendly. I love that they make everyone buy of pair of grippy socks (like $2 a set). Cuts way down of the gross sweaty feet factor. The equipment is fairly new or well-maintained and they have a decent place to get unhealthy stomach fuel. Oh, and during the holidays they have a $35 all-day bounce camp. The front desk was super slow and only had two people working. We waited about thirty minutes in line. We brought our own socks from another trampoline park and they would not allow us to use it but we had to get there socks. We also could not watch our kid inside the trampoline area unless you sign a consent form. I was not about to wait another 30 minutes in line to sign the form and get a bracelet. So disappointed in the way I was treated here tonight. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because my 7-year old had a lot of fun jumping and getting her energy out, for which as a full time working mother and housewife, I am grateful. The locking lockers were "out of order", which I'm still trying to figure out how that happens... all I was told is that they've called someone to come fix them. The girl who took my payment offered to get the manager to put my purse in the locked office that only the manager had access to. I agreed since she said someone else had just done this. I paid and was given my receipt and the socks. When the manager came over, she refused to put my purse in the office as she had just done for another customer. Asked me if I drove there tonight. Yes, hun, I drove. I was then asked to put my purse in my car. I explained to this manager that her employee shouldn't be offering the office as an alternative to the broken lockers if it wasn't an option for everyone. Double standard.... I guess only the special customers get that luxury. Second double standard was when I was asked to stop bouncing on the same mat as my child, who I would never put in any danger, but yet not a single other person doing the same thing was asked to stop. Not sure I will be back to spend my money here. I had considered giving you several hundred to make my kids birthday a fun day, but now I'm not so sure. You probably couldn't accommodate her special dietary needs anyway. Y'all need training in better customer service. And if you're paying someone to watch an area, make sure they're actually watching the area the whole time and not just when they want to yell at someone. You tell one person to stop something, you better be telling everyone who's doing it to stop. Otherwise, you're unfairly singling people out for something EVERYone is doing.
