Making the drive on a Sunday morning from Southeast D.C. wasn't that bad. It took 25 minutes without traffic. After spending two hours at Sky Zone for a birthday party, it was worth the drive. Signing waivers beforehand, we saved money on bringing our own grip socks. It's pretty big with several party rooms, a large open space with tables for adults to work or hang out, and lots of trampolines. My seven-year-old loved the climbing wall, Ninja courses, and the platform where you jump into the foam pit. There's a snack area and cheap arcade games that are never worth your money. There's a parking lot out front.

We went there for a birthday party and were very disappointed. They won't let you bring your own socks with anti slippery bottom or even socks from other Sky Zone location. They charge $8 for a pair of toddler size socks just to make more money out of you. The party package pricing is unreasonable. This place is best for kids 6+ years old. Younger kids get knocked down by older kids, especially in the obstacle section.

We went for a Bday party. Check in was easy. They have QR Codes posted all over the area for easy access. The place is open and bright. The highlight for my children (5 and 6) was the high slide.

What you will see at 50% of the attractions. Even though you paid 100% of the price of admission.

Half the "rides"/attractions" were closed. The rate was still full price. Big area under construction. Part of monkey bar/pad area "under construction ". The climbing cubes were closed. The high wire thing you hang from was closed. Want to sit and eat your expensive pizza? Sorry, only 9 tables on ground level and the parents who don't supervise their kids are on the cell phones taking up a whole table. Usually put their kids shoes on the table as well. Nice and clean for your pizza. Lots of money for few attractions. Been to a few of these in different states. This was the worst one.

My bfs daughter and her cousin had a joint birthday party here. I've been to a few locations and this one was so disorganized. The check in process took forever and we are trying to keep 4 kids calm who just want to go play. It took probably 15 minutes. No one knew exactly where the birthday room was. Halfway through the party a nice associate told me the room was upstairs after she saw me going back and forth to put the gifts in my car. The kids seemed to have a good time. The birthday room was set up but the pizza took forever and 4/5 year olds are not that patient. Lol I wouldn't come back to this location unless invited to a party.

Where do I begin? We went to Skyzone so frequently that we decided to get memberships. However, I was quite dissatisfied and disgusted with the upkeep today. It smells like feet, and the floors were sticky and haven't seen a mop in a long time. It's obvious that they haven't cleaned this house in a long time. It maybe time to end our membership.

Okay so this place is fun and all but the workers there do not give a ding dong about the panini we are in. There were so many ppl, no social distancing was enforced. We kinda had to do that ourselves. Huge tip: order online ahead of time and if you do 3 days in advance you get a discount. Also if you go an hour or 2 before they close the workers are so over it they will not care if you don't have the proper socks so that's $3 less you gotta pay and you can deff jump for free no one is checking bracelet colors. Overall very fun but I feel dumb for actually paying full price to jump....12/10.

One very-cool sink not working. Other very-cool sink has no soap and scalding hot water.

Do not waste your money at this location, all but two sections are currently closed down. There's not much for the kids to do for an hr.

Sky Zone Dulles - AVOID…read more 1 Star Don't make my mistake. I bought tickets in mid-December for January 10th. Got my kids excited for weeks. Drove 45 minutes on a Saturday morning. The location is still under construction--not even close to opening. No email warning. No phone call. No notice of any kind. They were happy to take my money for a facility that didn't exist. The young attendant on site promised a refund. That was two weeks ago. I've contacted Sky Zone 6-7 times since then through their website and customer service line. Not one response. Not even an automated reply. So now I'm out out my Saturday, and watching my kids ask when we're going to the trampoline place I promised them. This isn't poor customer service. This is contempt for customers. Sky Zone sold tickets they knew they couldn't honor, then ghosted the people they took money from. If this is how they run their business before they open, imagine what happens when something goes wrong after. Save yourself the trouble. Find literally anywhere else to take your kids. Update: If Sky Zone responds and makes this right, I'll update this review. But I'm not holding my breath.

First, the price is ridiculous. $25 for an hour and half is just way too much for what is there. Staff ranged from disinterested to disappearing. There was no one supervising. Eventually I did see one staff member who wandered over to the basketball hops and began shooting baskets. Then there were the arcade crew who came in and started moving cubbies full of patron's belongings and moving the arcade machines while kids were running around, and left tools and dollies just sitting around. As for the equipment, whats there was fine- a climbing wall and foam pit, a ninja warrior style obstacle course, some basketball hoops, a soccer field and a trampoline area. If you look through past photos, you will various climbing equipment and a ropes course. The ropes course is gone entirely. The climbing equipment is gone, but they left the foam mats on the floor as a massive tripping hazard. The wipe out machine was non operational. The dodge ball courts were half taken apart. And the soccer field had a massive hole in the drywall right next to the field. Between the price, the lack of safety, the lack of attractions and the lack of staff who actually cared, I will not be back. I would be shocked if they stay in business much longer.

We arrived around 6:45 PM, and the front desk employee scanned our passes and told me they had expired. I explained that I had purchased the Summer Passes just a few weeks earlier and asked if there might be a mistake or a system glitch. He insisted the passes were expired, so I asked to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the manager was no more helpful. She repeatedly said there was nothing she could do because the system showed the passes as expired. I offered to show my receipt and my purchase confirmation to prove the passes were valid, but she refused to look into it. Instead of trying to verify my purchase or resolve what appeared to be a system error, she simply repeated that I didn't have a valid waiver. What made this experience even worse was how I was treated in front of my two 8-year-old children. My kids know that I teach them to always be honest and tell the truth, and after hearing the employees insist that our passes had expired, they looked at me as if I had lied to them. I ended up having to show them my receipt and purchase confirmation just to reassure them that I had been telling the truth. It was embarrassing and humiliating. When I asked for a refund because they were refusing to honor the passes I had paid for, the manager told me I had "five seconds" before she would call the police. I was shocked. I never became threatening or disruptive--I was simply asking them to verify my purchase and resolve the issue. What hurt the most was that, even though I had proof that I was telling the truth, I had to leave for the sake of my children. I didn't want the situation to escalate in front of them. Instead, I took them home feeling humiliated, after they had watched me be treated as if I were being dishonest despite having my receipt and purchase confirmation. I have never been treated so disrespectfully as a paying customer. Mistakes and system glitches can happen, but what matters is how a business responds. Instead of showing any willingness to investigate the problem or help a customer who had proof of purchase, they chose to dismiss me, embarrass me in front of my children, and threaten to call the police. We left with two disappointed kids and no resolution. I cannot recommend this location based on the way we were treated.
