In May of 2023, I took my son and his friend to jump at Defy Nashville AKA SKYZONE When we got there they told me that they can both jump the entire month for lower than the one day fee. I told the worker I wasn't signing any memberships because we don't live anywhere near the area and I would just pay the higher fee but he told me this wasn't a membership and he assured me that we would never be charged but the one time fee for the two boys. He had me sign something electronically along with waiver forms for the one month free special NOT a membership he said. I never thought about it again and I don't randomly check my account but in August I got a notification that I was just charged "again"after research it was for 2 memberships for third time at DEFY. I was freaked out at the fraudulent charges contacting my bank and then DEFY figuring out maybe they kept charging me and it was true double charges each month 3 monthsI left messages, emails and weeks passed no one would contact me back then someone called and said I needed to cancel my membership through a link and email but didn't ever agree to memberships or have the little boys last name or numbers so at first they were not able to help me. Someone eventually called and asked the names of kids I gave her my child figured out the last name of the other kid they eventually looked it up and gave me a reference number so that I could "cancel"it. When someone called me back again, I explained to them that I was told we had one month to jump for free, and that it was not a membership and it is not ok for an employee to lie to you then I be held responsible and requests refunds for JUNE, JULY, AUGUST for two memberships. I signed something that day maybe a waiver and one time fee the cashier TOLD ME IT WAS for one month and not a membership. If you obtain memberships Dishonesty how do you think that makes a customer feel? I was was never TOLD this and was assured it was one time. DEFY, You can keep my money for two kids months never using your facilities but you lost more than you took by being dishonest and deceiving me. Birthday parties, future visits and a fair warning to the public that if they advertise one month free no membership required it's false advertising and charging me for a child's membership that isn't even my legal child is even worse. This isn't respectable way to do business and it's absolutely unacceptable to treat your customers with this much disrespect. I told you the TRUTH and you could have credited and apologized for your cashier that told me something else. No one is going to believe the cashier is lying so I trusted him and didn't read your contracts it was electronic. Hoping your management team recognizes all the hours and messages asking to make it right absolutely unnecessary and that you will raise your level of customer service up and hear what you were told. So I went to sky zone because had great experience last time before the pandemic. Kids was excited but after 30min of jumping... of course they get thirsty! Everything was closed. Those tickets weren't cheap and majority of the "attractions" were temporarily closed. The only thing open was the trampoline parts and the basketball area and the dodgeball. We went to other parks that had so much more. Very disappointed in the experience here. The people at the front desk were awful too. They gave no guidance..didn't really seem like they wanted to be there. They didn't give any info on where the locker was or that you had to pay for it. Even the machine to load money in your card to play games was down. So was the machine that dispenses candy. This place was awful..spend your money elsewhere. Also, no one was wearing masks properly..most of the kids there were well over 5 and none were wearing masks and there is def no way they were vaccinated. Definitely not returning. read more

We bought our tickets online and filled in the waiver. Arrived before our ticket time to find out that we had to stand in the long line with everyone, including those that hadn't pre-purchased their tickets. In the 30 minutes we stood in line, i spoke with pass holders who complained they had to do the same thing. There should be a line dedicated to pass holders and those that had pre-purchased tickets to streamline entrance to the park and reduce lines. In addition, a bank of lockers would make the experience more enjoyable. Coming in winter means either a very cold dash from the car or carrying jackets. Please also note that parking is severely limited, with cars parked on the street and double parking illegally. read more

We reserved our son's 6th birthday party at the Springfield location. I talked with a planner initially when I reserved the party and paid a $75 deposit. After the deposit and I secured a date, I could NOT get in touch witih anyone from Sky Zone to answer questions about the preparations for our son's party. I called for weeks with no answer and no reply to email (except a canned response that was an automatic email filled with canned information/responses). I only received a call today, which is 3 days prior to his party, confirming pizza and how many jumpers. No one called as a courtesy to ask about decorations, set-up, or anything. Once I was able to confirm a few items for the party, the young man hung up on me. This place is clearly a 1-2 star (at best) place and I should have read reviews prior (shame on me). You can do far better and have your party at St. James where the planners will at least call you to answer your questions and assist with preparations. Not take your money and get ghost! Food and liquid spills everywhere. Bathrooms out of soap. My daughter cut herself on something jumping into the foam pit. My husband found a 3 inch sharp pin on the trampolines. When he alerted staff, they threw it away and didn't check the space to ensure there were no other safety concerns. Not one single employee on the floor to monitor safety. We came here while caring for a family friends daughter. She had a blast, which is why there are three stars. However, the establishment was not as cleaned as I would have hoped. There were no slip resistant pads on the benches and it slipped out from under me and I feel to the floor. I am fine, but I am young and strong. If someone older or a kid slips and falls due to the bench slipping..... then big problem. Another positive, the employees were very nice and paid attention most of them time. Awful service. Expect about a 15-30 minute wait whenever you go in, especially if it's your first time. I brought my kids in here at 7pm, bought the one hour pass and after 22 minutes (because the front desk people are very slow) at 7:22, finally got them in. Turns out, they close at 8 and did not tell me until AFTER I paid for the hour. They would not offer me a refund or anything like that. They just want your money. Only good thing I could say is that it's a new and clean facility. That's it. Be wary of this place and their scummy practices. I booked a birthday party for my son here. NEVER AGAIN. Kids had fun but I would never do a party here again. First, I paid $350 for the Epic party package when I booked online. I was later hit with a $230 bill at the end of the party. They explained to me the charges but I still do not understand and just paid because I wanted to get out of there. Socks and food were not included in the $350 like it states online when booking. Second, they lost half of our party's shoes and jackets. We asked for help and they were clueless. they didn't know what to do or say. My brother took it upon himself to search through the other party rooms and found our stuff in another party room. Third, the pizza was terrible. I don't know if they make their pizza there or they buy it somewhere but it was not cooked all the way and nasty. Fourth, when our time was up they literally threw us out. I understand time is up and we have to go, but a nicer approach would have been appreciated. The clean up guy literally came and rolled up the table cloth while kids were eating cake and tossed it. In the process he tossed a couple birthday cards that had gift cards in while putting all the other gifts on the floor. He didn't say anything, like give us a warning. I was there having fun and went back on the climbing wall with the foam pit . I jumped down there was a kid and he was absolutely stuck under the foam. I got most of the foam blocks off of him but I couldn't pull him out. I called for the staff that was not far and threw blocks near them to get their attention but the didn't even hear me or see me. It took over 5 minutes and the kid was there before I even got to the pit. This kid if no one helped him could have gotten seriously hurt. Otherwise I had a good time. read more

My daughters father bought a summer pass in which he was under the impression there were no restrictions. We had to pay because glow was not included. Wow it's been a while since I've left a review. We went Saturday and the place was packed. I mean, I get it, but the reason it was packed? Most of the trampolines were closed off. Of course they don't tell you that before you pay the $86 for 2 children and 2 adults. There were 4 trampolines available and 4 trampolines with basketball nets (using real basketballs not foam). Of course my 2 and 6 year old could use the basketball area since it was all very large kids. So basically most kids had to use the 4 other trampolines. And the loud speaker is constantly say 1 kid per trampoline so 4 people can jump at once! It's beyond ridiculously. I've tried calling to speak to them about my experience and nobody answers. I left corporate a message and I'll also try them Monday. But so ridiculous, never going back. read more

Pro is that the kids seem to really enjoy the actual activities available. Cons- they don't answer their phones or update closing messages, employees hide and use their phones or socialize instead of monitoring arras. Snack bar seemed to be one person working with a very long line while three co workers chatted and high fived in the side leaving the poor girl on her own. Food takes a long time, many items are actually available, and is way over priced. Many attractions are closed and not usable due to maintenance issues. Probably like a lot of people, I had booked a birthday party here for late March. Covid happened and a week or so before the party was scheduled, I cancelled and asked for a refund. Instead of reading the room and being a responsible business, they demanded I reschedule another party within a month or I'd lose my money. Of course that would have been insanely dangerous so I didn't reschedule. A few emails with their staff later, I lost $168. I don't care what happens post lockdown, and I don't care if you call me a Karen. They should have done the right thing and refunded the whole amount. I'll never do business with them again. Great trip to sky zone. We bought a year long pass for 3 kids for $200ish! Extra parking in back of the front is full. The place is clean and doesn't smell Iike sweat. My kids loved the ninja warrior course and the climbing wall. I also like there are places for parents to sit down and watch their kids play! All is all seems like a good place. read more

First time visiting today and it's a fun place for al l ages. Smells pretty clean but here is my beef with the place. Staff made the 5 year old boy wear a mask while there are adults who are walking around without masks on. 5 minutes into me being here I heard an an announcement saying if you're session is ending you may extend it so I wanted to extend my session before it even started because I could see my son was having fun. Asked a staff member they told me they were sold out. I went online and bought another session with no issues. When it time to go check in for my second session Terrell (one of the managers ) told me I couldn't extend my session even though I didn't extend it I bought a second ticket insisted I couldn't use my ticket. Thankfully I asked for the person he told me he could get and he cleared the air and now we're still here jumping. First visit to a place like this. I am too old to jump, but my grandchildren love the place. I certainly enjoy watching kids have fun, but watching from the sidelines...I'm noticing what others are too busy to notice. The place is filthy!!!!! We arrive at 11:20 and the carpet throughout the place is filled with crumbs. While watching my grandkids jump, I notice the floor below the trampolines (the pit?) is filled with food, spilled drinks, trash, and..."droppings" of another type... Now, I'm noticing and asking more questions about health and safety for the young customers: How often and thoroughly are the pads/surfaces of all areas disinfected? I asked the manager about these issues and he downplayed everything. He states the place is vacuumed nightly *(not believing anything else because he led off with a lie). He states all other standards are followed regarding the disinfecting of surfaces, but the lower areas may not get nightly attention. If you choose to pay to let your family play there, be aware of the how nasty a place like this can be. read more

I had my sons birthday party in the sterling location a couple weeks ago and we received some free vouchers to come back. Today was my brothers birthday and since he loves rock climbing and zip lining we decided to come here to celebrate. Me and a group of my family showed up almost an hour before closing time and unfortunately we were unable to do most of the activities because they were poorly understaffed. The young lady employee mentioned they need two staff present in order to do the zip lining course and that is why we were unable to enjoy it. All the other staff present were busy cleaning up for closing time or chatting by the front desk. I've spent well over a thousand with this company (in a short period of time) and it was very unfortunate that they were unable to accommodate me and my family, especially since we did mention that it was my brothers birthday. I was under the impression that company store hours mean that everything is available from ??-?? Otherwise they should let their customers now prior to paying or using a voucher that they'll be poorly disappointed. Overall, I'll skip to make that 45 minute drive to the sterling location. I will say tho, there was this one gentleman that worked there that helped us use the rock climbing/ step on poles course. Although he was very nice to me and my family I will say he forgot to put a helmet on my 50 year old mother when she did the course where she stepped on a pole that got higher and higher (I'm talking 2 story high at least). When she jumped off she hit her head on another pole. And that's when I realized the gentleman forgot to put a helmet on her because again, they were so ready to get us out the door! A fun place for adults too! Me and my mid 20 year old friends came around 7pm to jump around and have some fun! The employees all seemed like high school students that didn't really care so we actually had to wait and call them over every time we wanted to get strapped up to something. The place itself was very fun though and we had a good time! The obstacle course that it connected to the ceiling (which is the reason i wanted to go) was closed but we still had to pay full price as if it was open. You also have to pay for socks (which you can keep) and the jersey (which you have to give back after you are done)...this didn't make sense to me...why do we have to give back a jersey that we paid $5 for? I think this place is a good experience to go one time but very unorganized and the pricing doesn't make sense. read more
