Instead of letting the building sit in disrepair these communities will make sure that the buildings are used for a multitude of things. I just happened to attend a wedding here. The space is setup nicely to accommodate a good number of people and allow for a nice area for dancing. The one thing that could use work is the ventilation, or lack thereof. They do combat this by using industrial fans to keep the air flowing in here, but some AC would really benefit this place. Parking is a bit scarce outside, but doable. I am sure this place gets a lot of use for other things than just weddings. I actually liked how if you slipped away from the reception area and headed to the bathrooms, it felt as if you were walking back to class.

Great place to have a party, but really not happy with the fact that Salem has a community center…read morethat is ALWAYS closed to kids wanting to play basketball, because they're setting up for something happening tomorrow. Our kids need a place to go in the winter to play, apparently, this is a place for parties, not for the "community" to go to that's a safe environment.
