She was yelling at him because he was going into the lazy river with a 2person inner tube instead of a one person inner tube. Just seems like the life guards are on a power trip. And why does there have to be a 10 minute break where everyone has to get out of the water EACH and EVERY hour?

The park was much smaller than we expected and it may be easy to miss if you do t know it's there. There is a small dirt/gravel parking with a seating pavilion. On the other side of the path, there is a large field area with picnic tables scattered around and lots of shade. There is a very short trail to a bridge overlooking the falls. The falls were smaller than expected but still a nice view. It was hard to tell if there were paths and trails where you could make your way down to the creek but access directly to the falls was not an option. Lots of signs and fences marking it off because the drop is significant. If your exploring and driving past, it makes a nice roadside stop but not one I would say is worth a special trip.

They said I could have a credit for 2021. Now, they have changed their stay lengths for this summer and my "credit" doesn't cover the cost. I've asked nicely for a refund and they won't even respond to me. I'm sad that after sending both my children to Camp Pillsbury for many years, they refuse to work with me on this.

Can pay extra ($15 per person) to take a shuttle that drops you off at Rapidan Dam around 1pm and picks you up at Sibley Park around 5-6pm. We met our guide River Ricky who quickly became a friend. We missed the 1pm shuttle for the day after an hour and half drive to get here from minneapolis. Rather than turn us down, he told us to drive to the dam, and that he would personally pick us up at Sibley Park to drop us back off at our car. He gave us some tips, provided his number for emergency contact and we were good to go down the river. We apparently kayaked at super speed because we thought we were way behind the group and ended up finishing at the Sibley Park way early. River Ricky still came to get us and dropped us off. We chatted and bantered in the car. He realized we haven't eaten since morning given our rush there, and told us to join him at the local diner at Rapidan. After he took us for a walk over at Rapidan Dam and gave is some brief summary regarding changes in the landscape there, and things to do in Mankato area. Overall, superb service. Will be back for round 2 with River Ricky soon.
