You pay them a monthly fee, and they still add 25% of the original amount of your debt (EX, debt $1000, their fee to settle it is $250). Communication was horrible, ended up in a lawsuit. They were of no help; only when I canceled my account did they come up with some settlements, and on top of that, it would have cost me more than I originally owed. I am completely appalled and frustrated, and the truth is, I am actually disgusted. They are quick to take my money but slow to do anything else. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
