The wind storm on May 21, 2022, damage my roof. I call my insurance and made a claim. The insurance send some one a day after the storm to cover the damage. This person who cover the roof said he was just send to cover the damage, not to do a estimate. After waiting for six weeks, and having a total of six people send by my insurance, to do a estimate of the damage. None of of them going on the roof. I had enough of the insurance crap so I call Sky High Roofing. The next day Paul came and gave me a estimate and told me they will try to do the job in Two week. In about one week Stefan and his crew show up in no time my roof, and soffit was repair. The work was done and every thing was clean up. The insurance did not contact me until two month after I report my claim. They told me that I can have my repair done, or I can get a roofer of my choice. I told them the work was done already. The high winds in Orleans on Friday, April 15, 2022 removed one shingle from the upper roof of our house and had a dozen, plus shingles standing at attention. A representative from Sky High assessed the damage, dealt with the errand shingles, and provided me with a very reasonable estimate to replace the damaged shingles. Shortly thereafter, the matching shingles arrived and were immediately installed as well as checking both the lower, upper roofs and caulked where required. In addition, they replaced a rain sensor for me on the top roof that is required for my underground watering system. Since 2014, Sky High has been clearing the snow off of my double drive way, as well as shovelling my front and side walkway.
