Staff at this Park Row location are incredible courteous, patient, energetic and polite. Everyone has a great attitude! Bankers are truly on top of things and we have never felt pressured into doing things with our money that we don't feel comfortable with. This is truly a beautiful and safe location. I really appreciated the holiday display of the Menorah - made me feel so welcomed. The Bank's Vestibule contains the "Smart ATM's" - which dispense various denominations of US Cash; this can be very helpful; - Unfortunately - for obvious safety reasons - the Vestibule is only open during normal banking hours. I guess they want to avoid homeless and "Undesirables" sleeping inside the vestibule. No worries, there is a well-lighted drive up ATM where you can conduct virtually all your banking. Again - I'm very impressed with the friendly folks that are working at this location. The Park Row location is the closest Chase to our home (City Park).

Complained to WFB, had a temporary credit given, I sent them the web page attached, I have never received any goods or communication from https://furvista.com. Supplied them with website, Advised not to use the site because it was a scam site, Sent this to WFB. Today I am told as a more than decade customer, the on-site sent the goods. I understand that every year WFB & BoA compete for the "Biggest Turd in The Sewer" WFB are certainly the biggest turd this year. Perhaps the "Claims assistance service is the Scam site." They are certainly not interested in their customer, I should have used Amex for the advert on iPhone. With Amex there is NO messing about.

Now they want $35 for 60 checks BUT if you change to a Prime Checking Account, checks are free but you'll pay $25 monthly charge if your account balance is below $20,000!! Really? They treat their employees poorly, with extremely low if any raises or bonuses, while the execs (mostly J.P. Morgan transplants) get HUGE raises and bonuses! The employees need to form a union, seriously. They've taken away pensions, reduced severance pay to nearly nothing, and displace folks at the drop of a hat. They do this to fund the legal fees and penalties from their criminal charges. I'm done with this bank!!

WARNING!! First Citizens Bank website is NOT secure! I tried to log in to my account on my…read morelaptop. The site asked for User ID and Password. I entered this and then it asked for my phone number. I entered my phone number and a message popped up saying "we are calling you. Answer your phone." I was getting a call from Glendora, California. I answered and a man with a strong accent said he was calling from bank security about suspicious activity in my account. I hung up and called my closest branch and told them what happened. They told me to bring my laptop to the branch to show them my log in screen. I carry my laptop to the branch but it showed no internet connection. They said they don't have WI Fi! Why did they have me bring my laptop in? They then said I need to take the laptop to Best Buy to clean it. They locked me out of my account. I drove to Best Buy and the young woman said that it would be $250 to clean my two week old laptop but after hearing what happened, she said this is totally the fault of the bank for not keeping their log in screen secure. I called the branch and was told they would call me back. No call. The customer service number tells me they cannot let me access my account until I have my laptop cleaned. THEN, my phone rings and it is Glendora again. I told the man that my branch is working on the problem. He became very hostile and said "Your branch can do nothing! We are Headquarters! We control your account!" I hung up. So, I cannot access my account because First Citizens cannot keep their login screen secure. There was no line when I arrived and was immediately seen. What I needed did take a bit longer as they had to do some verifications, but everyone was patient and apologizing for the wait, which was no problem for me. They have a grand staircase right in the front and decorated already for the Christmas holidays. This was the first bank that looked upscale and gave a very different bank vibe than most of the other banks. It's definitely an experience for sure.
