Let me save you time, money and headaches... The absolute worst thieves and dishonest people I have…read moreever dealt with. it starts great because they're so fantastic and trained in lying... purchased my vehicle out of province at the end of august and was supposed to be delivered September long weekend. it never showed up. they told me that the delivery driver got busted with no license and the vehicle was impounded For a week. We'll get back to that because that clearly wasn't the case... once it was 'out of the impound' a week later they said they forgot to book a new delivery driver for me. Yes in the meantime I got a loaner vehicle from another location that was a piece of garbage and was sure it was going to break down on me. I informed them of the issues but they didn't care and said keep driving it. The next week (going into the 3rd week now) they said they noticed something wrong with the front bumper and were replacing it... another week goes by and more excuses. I had to threaten to call the RCMP and report the vehicle stolen seeing as I had signed the paperwork and it was insured in my name and they were refusing to deliver it. It ended up on the road immediately But delivered with scratches all over it. I sent pictures to the dealership and that went ignore. Got my OPI done and within seconds of my mechanic starting the inspection, he saw it had severe damage behind the new front bumper... clearly this is why it was taking so long to deliver and all the hoses and shutters behind the bumper were just zip tied and so I sent more pictures to them and they responded by saying to send them the quote to fix it. I sent them the quote and again that went ignored. I called my lawyer and he said non disclosure of damage or accidents is illegal so I passed that on to the dealership. He then tried to blame the body shop saying that the shop didn't tell them there was damage. Clearly the accident wasn't on CarFax because they didn't go through insurance so don't believe the CarFax report. I asked for a invoice for the new bumper and any 6 year old could've made that up on the computer. I googled the 'body shop' it doesn't exist.. I've barely had the vehicle 2 months and just found out after our dump of snow that my AWD is f***cked up. Yes I got the extended warranty.... DO NOT BUY THAT WARRANTY FROM THEM! Get your own somewhere else. As much as my mechanic would love to help me, he won't deal with that company. Good luck trying to get in touch with the actual owner of Mainland Motors. You can only find his name (Manny Jawanda) but no way to contact. He's probably just sitting back laughing at every fool that buys off of them. What a disgrace of a business, I'd be ashamed and embarrassed if my name was on it.

WARNING - DEALERSHIP DOES NOT OPERATE WITH INTEGRITY Over…read morethe last several days, I have been in contact via phone, email, and text with two sales representatives at Kabani Motors in Vancouver. They have a 2015 Honda Pilot with 9,825KMS and an asking price of $39,995. In my initial conversation with Eduardo Guillo where I made an offer that was not accepted; however, Eduardo informed me via email that the lowest price that the owners of Kabani would accept is $39,470. Over the last four days, we continued to discuss the Pilot and decided yesterday, Sunday, April 10th, 2022, that would engage with the dealership again to make an offer. This time around we dealt with Summit K. Biswas. Over a period of 3 hours, we communicated via text and phone. During this period, we discussed the value of their $299 administration fee and further negotiated on price. With each offer, Summit returned to the owners of the dealership to present my offer and continuously kept coming back in writing that they would not accept anything less than $39,000. We came to the decision that we would pay the price and provided Summit with my credit card over the phone, and it was charged with a $1000 non-refundable deposit I planned to fly to Vancouver to pick up the SUV. Approximately, a half-hour later I received a text message from Summit, stating that the boss there is no discount on that vehicle, yet last week they were prepared to take $500 off. Over the course of the negotiation process, Summit contacted the owners of the dealership more than three (3) times to discuss the price and then revoked our agreement and wanted me to pay full price. The reason given, is the owners didn't have good cell service and didn't hear the offer correctly, yet they were very familiar with the conversation I had the previous week with Eduardo and the offer. Whatever you decide to do with this dealership and its owners be VERY CAREFUL. They are not ethical and do NOT operate with integrity. I had to request multiple times to have them credit my VISA and ended up calling the bank to report it as fraud. Below are the screenshots of our text message conversation. I asked them to replace the two broken hinges on the back seat underside storage before purchase or at least get them remounted properly. They agreed in writing on the sales contract. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle they reneged on the agreement and my sales person, Bhavuk, said it would be "too expensive to replace the hinges". Mind you, I just dropped 40 grand on the vehicle. I found the hinges online later that day for around a hundred dollars. Go Auto were too cheap to spring for a hundred dollar fix on a 40k sale. Bhavuk also told me that they had cleaned and detailed the vehicle yet the same crusty dime that was in the side pocket during my test drive was still there when I picked it up, same with the dirt in the speaker grill and the cobweb near the passenger door. I let both of these things slide because I thought I was happy with the vehicle overall. About a week after purchase the battery went in the truck. The battery dying was at the most inopportune time for me. Truck load of material and a ferry to catch. When I called them about it - they offered to bring the truck in and fix it the following week which wouldn't work due to the time sensitive nature of my situation. I took it into a different garage and they explained that there was zero chance that the dealership didn't know the age of the battery and health of the battery if they had done all the tests they said they had. I ended up paying $500 out of pocket for the mess around and missed my reserved ferry (which cost me an additional $110) To say I am unimpressed by Go Auto is an understatement. This is an establishment where all they want to do is get your money and get you out the door. Consequences be damned. The experience has definitely left me with a sour feeling after having dropped so much of my hard earned money with them. I would ask that others be wary of their sales pitches and their "promises" as they certainly didn't come through for me.

For $7,388 I bought a 2015 Ford Fiesta that had been sitting on the lot long enough for the battery to be completely dead. The car had a few minor issues that were the result of the car not being used for a long time. Those problems were not expensive to resolve. It seems like I now have a good looking car that will likely be reliable for another 10 years. I find the inspection I had done by a mechanic outside of Sukhi Bath Motors to be somewhat interesting. The customer service agent told me the battery had failed a load test and needed to be replaced. I then said to the service agent "Was a quick charge done on the battery before it was load tested?" I was then told the battery had been charged. I then thought to myself "This sounds fishy." However, I also thought "One of the things Howard Hughes is famous for is saying "Only a fool pays for advice and does not take it."" Later that day I bought a new battery that was not needed. I am still using the battery that came with the car and the new battery is on a trickle charger. The inspection report, for the inspection I had done outside Sukhi Bath Motors, stated "REAR SUBFRAME BUSHINGS STARTING TO TEAR." The next day I crawled under the car and found the bushings look as good as new. My opinion is Suki Bath Motors employs honest people who provide a good service. I suspect that the business I had the the inspection done at told me the car needed repairs that were not needed, so I would likely pay them additional money unnecessarily.
