Bath Fitters are the people to call when all other options are over…read more Because of time, the tiles were allowing the water to leak through the walls onto the ceiling. That results in a mess. Bath Fitters will come in, measure everything and customer make a wrap around for your shower and tub. It does take some time to receive it because it is not made locally. Shipped here from the main factory. They will come in one day and install the wrap around. I was very impressed with the guy who came. He was very professional and cleaned up all the mess. He did it in about 6 hours. It was a little expensive , but the alternative was a lot more.

Water was left all over the floor in the bathroom (not the one he was working in) and he did not say anything until questioned about it, was EXTREMELY rude/argumentative/combative when asked several questions about payment by my elderly grandmother (she did not understand the process of taking her credit card info and he made no attempt to explain to her in a different way when she did not understand the first time). We attempted to defuse the situation but he would not allow us to speak and we finally had to tell him to leave the house. Horrible experience.
