When I brought this up and told them that I could just come back another day, they said no worries and that it wouldn't take long at all. They said this for my benefit, because it actually ended up being a long procedure because they had to extract the tooth because the infection was really bad. The entire time they made me feel relaxed and they really took good care of me. I can't thank them enough. 5/5 stars easy! :)

From the…read moremoment you walk in you will feel like a burden. if You have any kind of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist this is not the place for you. if you have children i would think twice about taking them, they could give them trauma and fears over going to the dentist. They don't care about you, they care about what they can do in an hour. If you want to get everything done at once so you don't have to keep going back, this is not the place for you. They expect you to go back for any little thing, back to back days. Example: you go in for a cleaning and check up, you find out you need to get two cavities filled... next thing you know you have 3 appointments; one for each cavity (yes, on the same side) and you need another cleaning Next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday you will be in their office dealing with the horrible hospitality.
