She then combed through the back and found lighting that we loved. She had an excellent price for it as well. My advice is if you go in here be sure to explain what you are looking for because they have plenty more that they can order online or if you're really lucky like us they can find it for you from the back of the store. I do also want to add that I sent my mother in law over there recently. She was not looking for lighting--she had a lamp that needed to be fixed. So she stopped in with it to see if they even did something like that and the gentleman, she believed him to be the owner, was able to fix it for her. His price? $15. She was thrilled. She had spent a pretty penny on this lamp that got broke during her move so to have it fixed and for such a deal made her day. Thank you Pueblo Lighting. I openly informed the employee helping me that I would be purchasing my window blinds from a family member in Chicago but needed to look at the color selections from their HD book. ( I'm building a new home and could potentially have purchased all flooring and tile from THEM). My second visit the following day I took my family member visiting from Chicago with me ( she didn't have her HD sample book with her on her visit). The employee directed us to the sample books and was polite and left the store leaving only Mr. Spangler at the store with us. When I walked to the front of the store to ask him a technical question, he refused to answer or help me stating "Why would I help you when you've made it clear you aren't going to buy from me?" He got visibly upset that we were in his store and looking at his samples and accused my family member of being incompetent if she couldn't answer my question! After my astonished reaction to his rudeness and mean attitude, he physically approached the blind sample books and asked us to leave his store!!! I reminded him of other product sales I could purchase from him but now would go out of my way to discourage others from doing business with him. He proceeded to GIVE ME THE FINGER as we left telling him what a mistake he had made! Mr. Spangler is too old to understand how business works and should leave and let his employees run the business! I have never been treated so bad in my 38 year professional career.

I said, ok, I guess we aren't important enough and that I would use someone else. Very disappointed in the overall quality of services/providers here in Pueblo. I don't know how many times I've set up appointments for estimates, given the job to the person/company and then get ghosted. Even upon reaching out two, three times to see if they're interested or not. Common courtesy is not that difficult. Just a to or text to the client to let them know so we don't waste our time waiting around. Guess I'll have to rely on Colorado Springs. UPDATE: I received a call and an apology for not getting back to us regarding a door we need. He told me they are short-staffed and was apologetic so I wanted readers to know they did finally reach out.
