They said they would be there in 5 minutes, and they were there, just as promised. They were fast, friendly, and super helpful. I'll never call *anyone* else ever again when I need a car!

They were at Tudor Court in Pointe Claire and wanted to go to Sedgefield in Pointe Claire. They were talking and when they looked up they noticed that the taxi was going towards the Sources overpass - NOT the way home. When they told the taxi driver that he was going the wrong way, he became belligerent and nasty. He then told them to get out of his taxi!!! THIS WAS AT 1:30AM AND FREEZING COLD!!!! Yes, he did kick them out of the taxi on the side of the road at 1:30 in the morning. This is inhuman!! It should be illegal to treat people this way - even more drastic is the fact that they did this to a man who is blind!!! Something has to be done to control your drivers, this is not in any way acceptable!! I have advised my family that if anything like this ever happens again, they should call the police and have the driver arrested.

But after discussing this matter with one of the representatives, we were offered a fair deal. The representative responded quickly, which was so appreciated, as this trip was planned last minute. Finally, the driver was welcoming and punctual. The minivan itself could have been a little more spacious, but given the excellent service we got from this company, I think they still deserve the 5 stars.

It's a good-sized airport but still very easy to navigate and completely walkable. The airport appears to have been recently updated (almost new) with a sleek and modern design throughout. What stood out most to me was how empty it felt both on arrival and departure. There were plenty of open seats, not crowded at all. The biggest downside was the food selection, especially in the U.S. terminal. There were only a couple dining options and one lounge with fairly underwhelming food offerings. That said, gates and flight information were easy to find, and overall the airport functions efficiently and smoothly. Next time I'd probably get my own food before heading to the airport, but otherwise it does exactly what you need it to do.

We spent some time in the international section recently (our flight to Punta Cana was delayed several hours). No problem - I went shopping, lol. I was disappointed though to see Victoria's Secret boutique is gone, as well as the vintage luxury shop. They seem to be renovating that area, so that's probably why. Made some purchases at The Loop and got some macarons from La Biscuitterie - very delicious for airport macarons! I have never had (yet) a bad experience or long lineup at security here (so far). As far as airports go, I would take that one anytime over smaller airports with nothing to do.
