After mentioning our motivation with respect to paying full price for 2 pups... this is what she wrote back insinuating that I couldn't afford them which is an insult: Copied from original email : "Please also not our price ranges at the bottom of the page. These puppies with full AKC are expensive. You do get a substantial discount for your second pup, no less than $1000 on puppies over $8500. " After discussing with my wife their response, I responded with: "If someone is on your website and sees the pricing for pups set at 5500 for full AKC and you mention the fact that its expensive to a perspective client; its outright insulting; especially when I advised that I am interested in a dual adoption. I wasn't interested in deposits or a payment plan. My wife and I wanted to pay outright provided an official letterhead receipt.... Besides that and the false advertising with regards to "planned breeding"; the wife wants to go elsewhere at this time. You actually have expectation dates beside the dogs on those two "planned breedings".... Thanks for your time and have a pleasant day." The owners response to my response to her insult was : "So sorry you are so sensitive. Not sure what you mean about false advertising. Anyway, we consider our Puppy Parents as part of our family, so I think your decision is the best for us as well. You really got extremely upset over something very trivial, not sure why as we were just trying to be accommodating. You have a good day too." Besides the lack of understanding of what CUSTOMER SERVICE actually is; their website advertises dates of expecting litters, only to be told that the mother and father which are expecting have not actually mated yet which in essence is false advertising. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH rarebulldogs.com. They seem to be peddling pups and are not sensitive to prospective buyers. The owner took offense when I mentioned that mentioning how EXPENSIVE their pups are even after knowing that their prices are listed on the website is an insult. There is no difference when you are in a boutique shopping for higher end clothing only to be told by the store owner that the product that they are selling is expensive is outright insulting to the shopper. She went further to note that since We are so sensitive, our decision was the best for rarebulldogs.com since they claim to treat their buyers like family. If this is how they treat "family" We want no parts of that. A breeder doing it for the love of the breed would appreciate the fact that the owners are sensitive and not cast them as unworthy. Their LACK of sensitivity confirms to us that they are in the breeding business for money and not the love of the breed and to this degree; I would regret paying 11000.00 to a breeder who is raping the breed for their beauty and innocence. Even after I ended the conversation explaining why the wife was sensitive to their lack of care and customer service, she went further to rant that I was foul mouth when I responded with: My wife is the sensitive one; and I reflected what she said on email. I am the more no nonsense one. Accommodating? What a joke. You would have thought it through before you mentioned your own pups as being expensive... "You walk into a boutique store looking at expensive clothing only for the customer service rep to tell you the items that you are looking at are too expensive....and you call that accommodating? F**k outta here....(which was meant to express frustration.) I can care less what you think with regards to disclusion from your quote unquote "family"....You are not the only breeders in the US... you are in it for the money that's why you post the prices....be real with yourself!!!" She replied: "Just as I thought...you certainly just showed me EXACTLY what I thought of you, a fowl mouthed, angry, pain of a person I certainly do not want to deal with. I feel for the breeder that has to deal with you. Please never contact us again." This tells me that she made an unjust initial assumption based on my gmail photo from the beginning, in which this business uses consumer gmail as their client email application...which further entails that they are less than a legitimate business, When I used the statement "F**K outta here; it was derived from the frustration that they caused by not being SENSITIVE to CUSTOMER FOCUS from the beginning. 0 out of 5 stars. Shut them down by looking elsewhere for your Blue English Bulldog baby.

I wanted to leave feedback about my experience purchasing my rabbit from Petco. About a month…read morebefore I got him, I came into the store and asked if rabbits could be reserved with a deposit. I was told no, that they were first come, first served. About a week before purchasing, I even called the store to double check and was told the exact same thing over the phone. Because of that, I made sure to come to the store right when it opened so I could get the rabbit I wanted. Once I got there and spoke with one of the animal specialists, I pointed out the rabbits I was interested in and was told they were already spoken for because someone had put deposits down on them. At that point, I was obviously confused and frustrated because I had specifically asked about that twice beforehand and was told it wasn't possible. I explained the situation, but it was pretty much brushed off and I was just told to pick another rabbit. I did end up purchasing one and spent quite a bit of money that day, but the experience left me annoyed because the information given to customers was inconsistent. I think the staff needs to be better informed and on the same page regarding policies so customers can plan accordingly and not waste their time or feel misled.
