Immediately after that they don't reach out to you for months on end. Then when you receive your settlement which could take nearly two years it's barely anything. They are unprofessional, the "lawyers" or "case managers" will leave you on hold all day long and not get back to you, then when they finally do they sass mouth you and remind you of how many times you've called. Then they conveniently give you your settlements on Friday after 2:30 and when it's time for the funds to be verified no one can answer the phone. Imagine waiting an over a year and 6 months to have your case settled then have to wait over a holiday weekend to get your funds because no one is able to answer the phone to verify the check? I don't recommend this to any person, not even my worse enemy. But shout out to Richard he did his part to make sure I got my money and was able to certify it for me.

I was told by an employee that she did have to be in the office on Monday called all day Monday no one answered. Due to my frustration and me unaware my fiance leaves them a message explaining exactly how many things have been lost due to them telling me one thing and doing another basically trying to stick up for me. Tuesday when they really do come back in I call first thing to get told by capital that they voided my advance can't help me and decided not to give it to me because of the voicemail left on Monday letting them know my frustration. Never cursed was not dramatic at all just factual about the service and being told so many things and never not once any of them coming true. My new case manager attempted to get me to accept a $15,000 settlement. I have over $12,000 in medical bills. The bulk of it coming from their referenced Revive Orthopedic charging over $11,000 for an MRI, nerve test, and about 6 office visits. Excessive. Gary Martin Hayes & Associates isn't even the one filing suit. They've given that to the Titus Law Group. The conclusion was a $23,000 settlement, where they walked away with $8,312.80. I received $7,052.20. And medical was reduced to $7,635.00. Gary Martin Hayes was paid for nothing since Titus actually filed the suit. I would've been better off contacting them, and it was still less than half of the max $50,000 available for a permanent injury. (See attached document) Please find someone else to fight your case.
