I went in the other day and the store was SPOTLESS, clothing was organized by color and it was so appealing to the eye and made shopping for goodies so much easier and enjoyable! Great selections on items with pretty good prices for thrift prices these days, I scored on a Pendleton blanket for $6.99!!! Long story short, my wife went and asked a rude employee (Elyse McKenna) if my son could use the…read morerestroom for an emergency so that he didn't have an accident in the store. Instead of just a simple policy being stated to her that my son could not use the restroom. She was very rude with my family cursing & even lying that we had been rude to her prior visits (mind you we are from CA & have only been to this location maybe 2 times prior) & HAVE NEVER been rude in fact we have even given her a pass with her bad customer service as we never want to give people bad reviews but at this point I had asked for her name CALMY & POLITELY so that I could report her to her boss. From there she starts to yell and get out of hand in which her coworker immediately apologizes for her behavior and that "she was having a bad day". From this point, the security guard immediately decided to involve himself without any inclination of what was going on and try to have me leave the store for no reason. I felt discriminated against immediately because of my size. I never want to pull the race card, especially with the security guard not necessarily being racist during the incident, but the employee definitely posed me as a threat against the gaurd simply because I look intimidating & defended my family over my 3 year old son needing a restroom. I have received corporate contacts to report this issue & full names of the staff. Why post this review? I believe it's a prime example that @goodwill has a lot they need to fix with their staff & 3rd party contracted security companies. This employee needs to be terminated; there have been countless times where people get arrested, shot or banned for wrongful reasons simply for looking a certain way. I was threatened that police would be called; for what crime? Debating getting a lawyer.

Now to my delight I purchased the original back to school clothes with a discount that I piggybacked on his 20 % discount which was just fine by me for the initial savings! Now when I returned I was thrown back by the fact that the manager at this location Taylor ask if I had the twenty percent coupon on my person ... which I did not because I remember it only being a mere bar-code ? Taylor also in her haste returned my newly shop and trade item back to its tabletop without asking her sales associate why it was strategically place with my bag of original returns in the first place - please for the love of God have some self awareness! Now Taylor a manager mind you begins to chastise the kind sales associate on the floor about why my discount should be 15% and not the original 20% that my brother had originally submitted for the original purchase. Sensing the sales associates embarrassment by a manager on the floor in front of the customers I calmly stated this is a simple transaction and exchange and then politely asked what do we need to agree upon to come to an appraise resolution. Taylor then wrongly proclaimed that I was yelling at her. Sensing that this was all headed in the wrong direction I paid the total of $4.00 in difference e and was on my way ! The manager was out of line for displaying such discourse on the sales floor in front of patrons and other employees. The young man that helped us was very patient with us. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted. He offered options and other information that was helpful. The visit was quick and I felt like it was exactly what we expected. We are excited to see the suit once prom happens. Great job guys in not trying to oversell! On the day that I am writing this review, I went to the Men's Warehouse in Auburn. I ended up purchasing a tuxedo jacket for my suit given that they did not have the jacket I wanted in stock, but overall I am satisfied with my purchase. I plan on purchasing the suit jacket I originally wanted from this location in the future once I save up enough money for it. The polite and respectful gentleman that helped me with my purchase was David if I remember rightly. What I liked most about David was that he was very patient with me and made extra sure to pick out exactly what I wanted. Specifically, I remember someone (whom I think was the manager) questioning whether or not the Pronto Uomo suit I wanted was the one I actually wanted. David responded by saying something along the lines of "no, he specifically asked for a Pronto Uomo suit." I was also unsure about the length of pants and fit for the suit, but David gave me some helpful suggestions. This was only my second time ever stepping into a Men's Warehouse location and I was very nervous about how my experience would go. David did a very nice job of making my experience one that is enough for me to write a 5-star review.
