We've been living under a…read morefamily that is very loud and the landlord won't take formal complaints nor will she fix sum very broken stuff in the apartment. Our kitchen faucet leaks, cabinets have water damage, and the bathtub floods the floor very very bad when filling the tub halfway. The place has carpets older than me and i'm 26yrs. Old. On top of all that we have had issues with the neighbors calling cops on my mom for fun, yes for fun. Just to scare us. It got to the point that police wouldn't come when we called last time because some homeless couple stayed behind our apartments. 9/10 DONT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE! NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR UNCALLED BEHAVIOR BY THE OWNER HERSELF.

They have my 60 something year old mother-in-law and the two children she takes care of living in…read moremold and have been doing nothing about it. This is after she had to vacate for months do to her ceiling caving in. Not to mention her hot water heater looking like it going to fall through the floor. I am so close to turning them in to the BBB and getting a lawyer but am afraid the will kick her out with no wear to go.
