Our son spent the first 6 months of his…read morelife literally sleeping ON me and never slept more than 3 hours at a time, until he started waking up every hour or more. We were both against sleep training and thought it was best to just push through this phase. But after weeks of waking up every hour and no end in sight, we were exhausted in every sense of the word and just not functioning well. Our son, who is literally usually the happiest baby alive, was a cranky emotional mess like his parents. Out of desperation, we hired a sleep consultant (not through Pam Neese) and had an absolutely HORRIFIC experience. I was so put off by sleep consultants. But then after another couple miserable sleepless weeks, my boyfriend found Pam Nease Sleep.  We worked with Sophie and I cannot speak highly enough of her. After a horrible first experience with a sleep consultant, she blew me away with her attentiveness, thoughtfulness and dedication to helping restore our family. She was with us every step of the way, answered all of my questions thoroughly and even helped with things I didn't think of. And contrary to what I originally thought, the phone calls were sooo valuable! I needed that support and reassurance. Now at first, I couldn't believe the price and thought there is NOOO way we are paying so much for a sleep consultant- ridiculous!! But let me tell you, you get what you pay for and the service they off at the level they offer it at is worth SO MUCH MORE! This is coming from someone who was totally against sleep training and thought the $300 I paid the other consultant was too much. Ha!  Sleep training was not easy- it was a Rollercoaster of emotions and bad nights. I hated it to be honest. But I would do it again (only with the help of Sophie though lol)! Because now our son sleeps through the night, takes long naps consistently and is back to being the happiest baby alive. (It turns out sleep training doesn't ruin your baby or your relationship with your baby!!) And as new parents, we are much happier and healthier, better rested, back to working out and spending more time together because now we have the energy. Moving forward, I know we have the tools for great sleep and so does our son. Priceless.  Pam and Sophie, I want to thank you both for helping my family. It is very obvious you are passionate about the work you do and helping struggling families like mine. We are forever grateful! My only regret was not finding you first.

I really thought my kids (2 and 6) were going to stump our sleep consultant, Jessica. We literally…read moretried every single trick in the book (co-sleeping, sitting, lullabies, CIO, even making the room freezing cold so they would stay in their beds) but my kids were still taking almost 2.5 hours to fall asleep very night after lots of threatening, screaming, and crying. We hesitated for 6 months because we didn't want to spend the money on something that wasn't guaranteed, but we finally gave in when nothing was getting better and I figured I could at least say that we tried everything (and maybe they'd return my money when they realized my kids were "lost causes" or the worst they'd ever seen? It was that bad...). Jessica was very friendly and understanding. She spent a lot of time asking questions about each child. Even she admitted that we had tried everything! I think some of the big tricks were setting our kids up for success even if it felt like we were doing the opposite (like moving the kids to sleep in separate rooms) and CONSISTENCY between both parents on the bedtime routine (from MOTN wake-ups to consequences). The biggest value to me was having Jessica there for specific questions at each phase of the sleep training process. You can read all the websites and books, but with no one there to answer your questions when your kid throws you a curve ball, you end up questioning/doubting yourself and, in our case, spouses may want to respond in different ways. Jessica was always flexible with us if we weren't comfortable doing something and was great with pivoting the plan to accommodate the progress of each kid. By the end, she really knew our kids and was as equally proud of them as we were! It took about 12 weeks but both of our kids sleep in their own rooms now and are quietly and willingly in bed by 8pm (just like in the movies!!!!!) I honestly never would have imagined how much my kids completely turned around like this! It is a LIFE CHANGER. I was having so much mom guilt and I literally DREADED bedtime every single night. Now the whole family knows what to expect for bedtime routine, my kids know how to fall asleep on their own (which is an important skill that they will have for the rest of their lives!), and they're overall happier kids with less meltdowns, outbursts, and midday crashes. I VERY HIGHLY recommend Pam Nease Sleep (and Jessica!) even if your kids aren't as bad as mine. Initially it felt bad/weird asking for this type of help because it's like admitting that we didn't know what we were doing and having to reveal all the wrong ways we were doings, but there was never even a judgmental tone from Jessica. She was so patient and kind and understanding through every step of the way. And there's nothing wrong with asking for help! Each child is different and teaching kids how to sleep is actually NOT innate or obvious, so if you're at your wit's end and about to lose your @*!@$@&@# like I was, I highly recommend hiring a sleep consultant and Pam Nease will not disappoint!

I liked the first doctor I went to at this practice a lot. I was seen for sleep issues and possible sleep apnea. However, after completing an at home sleep study in early October and returning the equipment, I heard nothing back. So, I followed up. The person I spoke with said it takes "2-3 weeks to download the results" - sounded suspect (nothing takes that long to download these days, but maybe it needs to be sent off somewhere and a report generated, so fine). I confirmed the practice would call me back with the results when available and was told yes, absolutely. Again, I heard nothing for weeks, so I called back. The next person I spoke with told me my results were in but I would have to schedule an appointment to get the results. As if it's not frustrating enough that the first person didn't tell me this and schedule an appointment during my first call to follow up....Im told the next availability for an appointment is APRIL. APRIL TO RECEIVE RESULTS FOR A TEST COMPLETED IN OCTOBER!!!!!! Madness. As if that wasn't bad enough, I asked to be put on a cancellation list and was eventually given an appointment in December. But then the practice called me a few days before to say something had come up and the doctor could no longer see me in December - and now the date to see the doctor was even further out in April. Frustrated at this point I asked to be squeezed in or if there wasn't a way to see another doctor I could see. I was told the office manager would call me back the next day to figure something out. No one called - so after a few days I tried back. I spoke with yet another person, who said the office manager was out that day but he would leave a note for her to call me the next day when she returned. Well, it's been weeks, yet again, and here we are: No word from this office. No returned call and no appointment for a follow up. If and when I do get someone on the phone it'll probably be May or June before I can see the doctor for my results. Again, for a test completed in October. It should actually be illegal to offer a test you can't provide results on for 6+ months. Had this been a more serious issue I'd be dead thanks to the negligence of this practice. I rarely ever write reviews but their lack of care is so egregious that I truly hope to prevent others from having to deal with this when in need of timely and thoughtful care. Find another spot!!

I guess it is kept strictly for staff so patients must leave the office and use the restroom in the lobby where there are a lot of people using them and only two stalls. When the doctor finally came into the room, the nurse was already taking my information because I told her I was going to leave. He allowed her to continue the questions, all the time looking at his phone obviously uninterested in his patient. I thought he was extremely unprofessional and has no sense of time management. I received three automated texts asking me to press 1 to confirm the week of the study. I did so each time and was told "details to follow." No details ever arrived. The night of the study, I received a call from someone confirming the appointment. I told him I hadn't received any information. His only response was to bring a blanket and pillow. When I arrived at 10pm, the building was locked. The street was dark. I called the number from the earlier confirmation--no answer, despite calling five times. Fortunately, I had my original paper authorization, which listed the main sleep study number. Someone there was able to answer and eventually send someone down to let me in. The man who let me in wasn't concerned when I said I had received no arrival instructions. He just said, "Oh yeah, sorry." While being prepped, two other patients arrived and expressed the same confusion--no entry instructions, no one answering calls. Clearly, this isn't an isolated incident. The conditions inside were equally concerning. The bathroom had very little toilet paper. The soap dispenser was empty. The liquid soap on the sink was clearly refilled with something else--it didn't match the label and was watered down. The paper towel dispenser was empty, and instead, a small stack of loose paper towels had been placed on a table. Worst of all, there was urine on the floor surrounding the toilet. On top of that, one of the patients appeared to be monitored for sleep terrors. The walls were so thin that the noise disrupted any chance of restful sleep. The entire experience felt chaotic and unsanitary--completely at odds with the level of care one expects in a medical setting. I strongly urge your team to review communication protocols, patient access procedures, and basic hygiene standards. This was unacceptable.
