But I asked him if he knew of anywhere in town that would refill my cartridges for me and he told me that there is no one in town who does refills. I took this to mean that I would have to buy new cartridges, so I looked that their selection and found that the cartridges I needed would cost $110 (before tax). I left. I then found out that there IS, in fact, and place in town that offers cartridge refills! AND they offer new cartridges at a fraction of the price! (Cartridge World, by 56th and Highway 2) Bottom line, I went into Office Depot needing help with refilling cartridges and they outright lied to me, trying to get me to buy brand new cartridges from them at an unreasonable markup. Funny enough, I checked Staples right after I left Office Depot and they told me the exact same thing.

I needed assistance, I have a disability that isn't obviously visible, which in turn required assistance. I asked twice. The second time, a younger guy at the counter kind of rolled his eyes at me and looked at the older lady. I moved here from out of state, and a very large city where there are a lot more people than in Lincoln Nebraska, and I was always treated like a valued customer, no matter how busy, or big a store was. This place is horrible. I had to leave and not get my print job done. Thanks for nothing.

The UPS website indicated that it was delivered on Wednesday, May 6th at 1:51pm, but my son was home and there was no knock on the door and no delivery made on that date or any other day that week. My only opportunity to be with my son in some small way on his birthday was blown. He called the UPS store near him and they advised him to have me go to the one I had shipped from, this store, to complain. I did so and the manager, a large woman with bleach-blonde hair, looked at me indifferently. I explained all that I knew and she started to tell me that it wasn't UPS's fault because the delivery drivers do not work for UPS. She never told me this when I was there, paying money to mail it. She was rude and thoughtless. She didn't care that I had missed my opportunity to give him son some love on his birthday. She just didn't care at all. She didn't even offer an apology for the inconvenience I will have to go through to reacquire the items and send them again. I'm sticking with USPS from now on. This company is a joke.
