I've walked by Sliders at least 1000 times but two saturdays ago had never made it in. It's a really solid neighborhood burger spot. The rotating grill gives a great charred flavor and they do not skimp on toppings. I appreciated that the bacon I added and eggs I added were freshly cooked, they were also super accommodating with a lettuce wrap for those trying to watch their carbs read more

Ordering was quick and easy, good service. Food came out fast. Fries: crinkle cut, good salt, nice and crispy. Philly: hard to see but right amount of cheese with a good portion of grilled onions and peppers. Good and quick meal, will go again as a new lunch spot while at work. Thanks read more

Customer service was top tier !!! Staff was super friendly & helpful with ordering. The food omg !! Was super fresh made to order everything was hot and delicious I got the regular cheeseburger combo that comes with a drink & fries I got a Dr Pepper even the drink was delicious the place was clean . A perfect place for the best Halal buger in town. Alhamdu Lillah it's right across the Masjid Al Tawheed Everything is fresh, made all from scratch nothing frozen. I had the shrawma chicken sandwich spicy . The chicken seasoned flavorful. . It was just the right amount of mild spice for me It was a large wrap. , full of chicken I saved half of it for lunch the next day. The service was quick and server efficient and polite . I have to see a client in the area once a week for the next few weeks , probably will return for lunch to try the falafel wrap . read more

Our office group had cravings during lunch for some fried finger foods and Slider Buns delivered :) Apart from delayed pick up time, food was ready as promised and made as requested. Fries came unsalted but I'm pleased to announce they have Old Bay seasoning. Fish & chips was delicious as was their corn dog and chili cheese fries. Until next dried food craving! read more

SUMMARY: i have been here several times (although I only checked in 2x). FOOD: good and yummy burgers! Patty is cooked the way you like it...pink, less pink, no pink. Although I always ask no-pink patty, it is still juicy! The patty is big! I always end up putting the buns on the side just so I can finish my meat. I love the buns, it is toasted just right. Love the fries (steak cut), onion rings, and garlic fries (regular size). The garlic fries were surprisingly good! Even my bf who hates garlic, loved it. The garlic was not overpowering but the taste is there. It's different from other garlic fries we have tried. Not stingy, good portion. They also have a bar for veggies--serve yourself! It has sprouts, olives, pineapple, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, pepperoncini, cucumber, beets, garbanzo beans, etc. (those are only what I remember.) SERVICE: excellent on all times I have visited. There was one time I asked for a hot water, the cashier (old man) made it for me using the coffee pot since they don't serve hot water routinely. Both old men, cashier and cook, are very friendly and approachable. SPACE: not so big, but big enough that there are enough space between tables. However, this is where star was taken off... the dining area is cold, heater is not so great. I always found myself bundled when eating; not the most comfortable when eating a yummy burger. Note that once you get your food, you will forget about the chilly place. BATHROOM: For customers only, key is infront. Not fancy, but spacious. Clean for the most part, unless a inconsiderate customer uses it. PARKING: hard to find parking because 1) it's at Polk and 2) its a street parking. read more

A few blocks from my hotel so I though I would try it. With "Slider" in the name, I was expecting "mini-burgers" but these are definitely full-sized. 1. Better than average burger, made to order. I had pastrami added and it was juicy. The other toppings tasted fresh as well. 2. Good crinkle fries. Fair priced for downtown SF and a good, quick meal. Recommended! read more

Isn't the world confusing enough with United Airlines dragging Asian passengers off their planes and Sean Spicer asserting that the Holocaust was not really that bad? Although not quite at the same level of that insanity, I don't quite understand why this Sliders is considered hot and new when it's been around for years or why the Sliders on Castro has been similarly relisted on Yelp despite operating the same way it always has. Somebody get me Jeremy on the line. Anyway, it really doesn't look much different inside than it ever has with the retro-seventies vibe of their furniture as if Mel's Diner had a fire sale and all the counter stools were half off. There isn't much art to ordering here either. You just tell the guy you want the $7.75 Cheeseburger with a $2.95 side of French Fries (photo: http://bit.ly/2o3j2FQ). He threw the patty on the rotating grill, and the fries are submerged into a vat of hot oil. And you wait. When the burger came up, I sauntered over to the toppings bar which was somewhat scarier than the one in the Castro since there was no sneeze guard (photo: http://bit.ly/2o3u5ik). I covered the burger with my standard mix of iceberg lettuce, tomato and raw onion slices, alfalfa sprouts and plenty of mayo,and it was decent enough. The fries, however, were on the burnt side. Yep, nothing new here. FOOD - 3 stars...burger is pure Sliders but the fries were a disaster AMBIANCE - 2 stars...not much to speak of SERVICE - 2.5 stars..kinda surly TOTAL - 3 stars...maybe Sean Spicer has something to say about this place...Spicey? read more

I love this place! Sliders is a burger and fries joint. It's nothing special. You can even call it basic, but it's damn good. It's been perfectly cooked every single time. Plus, the owner and staff are always incredibly friendly when I come in. Not the fake type of friendly. It's more of a neighborhood friendly. Make sure to load up at condiment table! read more

Fucking spectacular hole in the wall. Last joint here looked pretty shabby, but new ownership is really nice, food is A1. Fresh, quality meat, never soggy fries, like the western bacon burger is almost better than my fave western burger from Carl's Jr, but FRESHER. Always a hit, have gone here three times in the last four weeks. read more

I also enjoyed the crunch from the cabbage and the softness of the flour tortilla. I paired with it the fried Brussels sprouts to get another veggie into my meal. Though I do love very charred sprouts, there was a hint of bitterness. I may have needed more lime to cut that. The jalapeño mayo was good. But I think tossing it in pork fat is the way to go with Brussels sprouts to really pump up the flavor. I'm not sure what oil they fry it in. I think I'll stick to their sweet potato fries, which never disappoints. It's always busy there, but it's never too difficult to find a place to sit. It's shared seating, with long tables inside and large tables outside. But my friend and I took it to go so we can have dinner with the show. And the timing was perfect - we didn't wait too long to get our order and we arrived about 20mins before the band started. The quality of Gott's has been consistent over the years across their locations. So it's a tried and true place to get a delicious meal.

Once in the city we simply walk throughout Pier 39, Fisherman's Wharf and into North Beach. The Buena Vista is an iconic spot dating back to the mid 1800's. It's great to pop in, have an Irish coffee, and enjoy the vibe. We got seated immediately at the bar. Service was great and everyone was enjoying futbol. San Francisco looks amazing! The burger was decent--nothing extraordinary, but not bad either. The flavors didn't really pop, and for the price, I expected something more memorable. Speaking of price, the combo meal came out to about $20, which felt a bit steep for what I got. The fries were crispy but standard, and the portion size didn't quite justify the cost.The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, with a nice layout and fast service.
