This is a hidden gem in Ktown. I have been to several spas around this area but this place remains my favorite one. Although some of the staffs do not speak English much, their hospitality and professionalism make up for it and I feel so welcomed here. I purchased the 18 sessions spa treatments and so far it's been great experience. Remind you I actually live in Philly so it's a long commute but I don't mind going once per week because I really like it here lol. I found my new lash place! I love going to Monica. My lashes always last more than 2 weeks. The staff there are so kind and accommodating. The first time I went, all of my lashes fell off faster than normal and when I called Monica, she was really kind about it and let me come in and gave a full set which lasted almost a month! Awesome! Eyelashes came out very pretty. I did the natural and 90 lashes and came out looking very good. I saw one of the ladies did the natural 60 lashes and it looked very good! I also did the slimming with herbal tea, and it felt really good. The lady was very knowledgable in what she was doing and told me everything she did. I really recommend this place! Really happy with my eyelashes! Having never gotten eyelash extensions before, I got the groupon for a full set of lashes about 3 weeks ago and the woman who did my lashes was very helpful in picking which length and style I should get. When I was nearing my three week touch up, I still had a good amount of lashes left so they didn't fall out as fast as I thought they would. I recently got them touched up and again, great service and my eyelashes look great! read more

The environment here is clean, welcoming and relaxing. Various kinds of services are provided here, I tried the weigh loss treatment for the first time. The whole treatment took around 45mins - medicine patches were put around my waist with warming belt on top of the patches to help with the detox process. Neck and shoulder massage was followed, I feel relaxed and detoxed right after my treatment! Highly recommend! read more

I did the eyelash extensions on Aug 31st. Before I went there, they told me that it was 38 dollars for the extension. But when I decided to do it, they asked me to pay 15 dollars more for 90 lashes per eye. During the procedure, the glue was very irritative which is different from those I used in other store. After the extension, my left eye turned red. The day after, I my left eye swollen and got inflammation. I can barely open my eye and it was very painful. Till today, my eye is still red and all the extension fell off. I called them to explain the situation and asked what should I do. However, they just shirk their responsibility. They said it was already a promotion and refuse to give any solution. This is the first yelp review I wrote in 3 years because I was too disappointed and angry about this. And I don't want anyone else to experience this again. read more

I went to here for a one-time free experience, but the staff here didn't treat me unlike normal customers. The staff inquired my physical situation kindly.
