Furthermore he's extremely unorganized claim he doesn't receive emails (even with time stamp confirmation of delivery). Fails to return phone calls, claims he's going to follow up at certain times & then fails to do so. Albert Cernadas has to be debriefed every single phone call and claims he "doesn't remember your case". I will be filling formal complaint regarding sexually inappropriate questions and statements.
