I have seen a lot with contractors but nothing, absolutely nothing compared to these two. The construction started on July 7. It should have taken three days. A week at most. My landlord fired them on July 29. It wasn't even close to being done. And don't be fooled by Brad's slick talking. He is quite the talked. I sat there letting him tell me how electricity worked, on a light that water was dripping on due to the roof leak. When he finally was finished, I stated, "by the way, I have the highest license from the FCC in amateur radio communication, my license plate is my license, see look as I pointed to my car. I'm a computer engineer. I develop computer chips." That was the biggest B.S. story I ever heard how electricity works. They would come for an 1.45 hours per day. They would state they would come and work on the weekends, never showing. They promised they would put in two full days, the last two days that they were hired. They came a little after noon with coffee in hand and pastry bag. They worked until just a little after 18:00. Not even six hours. What is full day to them??? I work fourteen to sixteen hours. Go down to the hospital and ask a nurse what is a full day of work is? I thought maybe they had other jobs. They told me they lived behind the post office in Poncho. I drove my. They were home! Complete and utter laziness. Here is the most important. Their business was shut down by the State of Colorado. Go to the Colorado Corporation website and do a search. Their business was shut down on July 1, 2022, due to delinquency. This is July 2024! WOW! Oh, they cut and ripped wood in the house! Not outside, but in the house! It's not like I didn't have enough room. I live on over ten acres, and it's completely flat outside. Yet, they did this all inside, cutting wood, PVC, and sheetrock. EVERYTHING, is covered in saw dust, PVC scrapings, sheetrock dust. It's awful. They killed my servers, they killed my swamp cooler. Every time I walked in the house, with no notification, Brad, would be sitting in my computer gaming chair. WTH!!!! SERIOUSLY! You're being paid to sit in my chair! They broke the refrigerator. They tore the floor out to the ground. There were multiple visible nice hole. Yet, they didn't even over it up. They just left for the night. Luckily, I came to the house that night to check on the progress. If I didn't tape up a barrier, the house would have been infested with mice. They took the screen off the window in the bathroom, opened it wide open and left for the weekend. I came Sunday night and found it wide open. The house was infested with flies, nats, and spiders. We are now preparing a claim against their insurance and litigation. On their Google review, all one stars except one. One five stars. Look who gave them 5 stars...It's Brad! He didn't even have enough sense to change his name! My landlord and me (the tenant) are furious! We had to have a deputy come out and escort them to obtain their tools and off the property. Yet, Tim is standing there trying to tell the Deputy that he needs to talk to me and give me instruction on what he did and what not to do. LOL! The deputy, said, get your things and GO!!!! Simply put....DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!
