Troy and his team are amazing! We had 4 rental properties that we wanted to change from using well…read morewater to city water lines. This involved connecting the city water line that was across the street from the properties. His team had to drill under the street, to bring the line over for each property, then connect the water line to each property. I thought these projects would take a long time to accomplish, but to my surprise Troy and his team were able to install each water line for each property in a day. Wow! I was blown away! His team works very fast and efficiently. His team members are very good about communicating as well. The longest part of the process was getting several permits/approvals from the city/state, etc. Troy went the extra mile to make several calls to the city/state to expedite the process. Troy was very good about giving us frequent updates on the permit/approval process. Once we received the permits/approvals, he was able to begin the jobs right away.
