I was pleasantly surprised by an immediate response from the owner/operator of All Around Handyman, who requested that I select and schedule a date and time on his calendar which I did. Chad arrived ten-minutes early with a big smile on his face. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. As well as a very resourceful handyman. It was refreshing to meet a friendly handyman with a downhome attitude who shares a similar outdoor lifestyle as I. I hadn't laughed so much as a resident of Sioux Falls. Sam came to take a look, shared his opinions on what the trees needed, said he would be in contact in the spring to treat the trees, and charged his $125.00 fee for his expertise. That is the last we have heard from him. Other than the mass emails we've been receiving, we have had no contact from Sam, even after trying to contact him. Because there has been no follow through on Sam's part, and the fact that the trees look worse than they did in the fall, we would not recommend this company.
