The beef and noodles needed a little bit of salt, but I actually really like a place that lets you salt food as you see fit without it being too salty to start with. The portion size was so large that I also have dinner for that evening. Where should I start with the cake? They named this cake better than sex. I don't know about that... But it definitely made me close my eyes and I felt like I was in heaven for about five seconds. So there is that. The cake has chocolate cake with evaporated milk and caramel port over it with the whipped cream icing and Butterfingers crushed on top. It is pretty damn phenomenal. My coworker got breakfast for her lunch and her portion size was huge as well. We both joke that we could've split one meal and then each got an individual dessert because really who the hell wants to share that cake? Not me. The place was packed but they were extremely quick at lunchtime. If you are near Anderson Indiana this is only a few miles north so give it a shot.

The person who ordered it didn't like it or eat it but I tasted the beef and it had good flavor to me. The fries were undercooked and cold. The table we were seated at was like trying to eat on a seesaw. It rocked and shook the entire meal. The server took notice of that and apologized but didn't offer to do anything about it. We used every pack of sugar on the table to try to stop it from wobbling and it didn't work. The place is beautiful and I wanted to love it. They were laser focused on a banquet later in the day so that is likely why we got such substandard food and service. Better to have turned us away than to treat a first time guest in this manner. I would have probably been more vocal about this had my 83 year old mother not been there with me.
