I took my snowblower to them twice in two years and it needs repair again. I used it for 6 years with no problem before I took it to them and after the first time I took it to them I had one winter of use and 3 of those months I was away. The 2nd repair lasted me 3 uses. The first time cost me a little over $100 and the second a little over $200. The ladies behind the counter are very friendly but one of the males working there was extremely rude to me when I went in to complain. BTW I was not rude.
